The snowy hot spring view was beautiful, and the hotel food was delicious and very healthy, great for digestion. They have private onsen baths that you can reserve for solo use, but you can only book them after check-in. So, I'd recommend arriving a bit earlier to secure a better time slot. We arrived closer to 8 PM, which was a bit late, and all the private baths for that evening were booked. We could only reserve one for the next morning. There's also a public lounge area.

This hotel is a destination in itself! It's absolutely stunning in autumn. The breakfast and dinner, a creative fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine, were delicious. Staying for two consecutive nights even gets you a complimentary lunch. The hot springs are relaxing and offer beautiful views, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. It's one of the few hotels I genuinely want to stay at again.

I'd give it more points if I could. I think this is my best experience with a hotel so far. Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end. I am in love with the place and long to be back again someday

This was my first experience at a mountain hotel with hot springs. It was a pleasant surprise to encounter staff who spoke many languages. The atmosphere was very intelligent, calm, and set the perfect mood for an unforgettable vacation. I recommend everyone stay here for at least 2-3 nights; you'll have an unforgettable experience that will make you want to return in the future. Absolutely delighted! Maybe it's because it's only my second time in Japan? Such lovely memories.

The place is amazing. Very relaxing and chilling. Dishes were wonderful. Bit freezing at night, but we didn’t know about the heater. So informing about the possibilities should be improved

It was an amazing stay with my boyfriend and we enjoyed the private open air onsen. The experience of having Japanese traditional Kaiseki dinner was wonderful and delicious.

The journey to the place has winding roads, do be prepared for those who has motion sickness.

Our staying here was a pure pleasure! And I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, sarrounded by montains and river. The free shuttle from Chino Station makes getting here quite easy.
Enjoying the onsen was a delightful experience, offering pleasure for all your senses: the hot spring water, the sounds of nature, the beautiful scenery.
The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly!
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city. I can't wait to return during other season! Thank you!
