This onsen ryokan was the most charming and lovely of all the inns we stayed at during our 3-week trip to Japan. The indoor and outdoor baths were wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The inn itself was so very charming, we only wished that we had scheduled more time to enjoy it. Definitely recommend!

On their website it says that you can book a private onsen by the hour based on available space, but when we got there they said they didn't have that option and didn't give any explanation. We were left very disappointed.
We hope you will change your site so as not to mislead more people.

Beautiful room full of character, the food was amazing, great service, the chef personaly greated us and walk us out at the end of the dinner

This ryokan was my bucket list long time. They offer really comfortable room and decent foods specially soba!
I ordered one bottle of wine for myself and they served extra dish for me
Only one negative issue was the private bathtub room was super cold so I could not use it Instead used private bath

The next morning was snowing
The snow rapped all the sounds

Excellent food and room. Special the hot tub with natural volcanic hot water. It's possible to have a private hot tub or join the guest in the general hot tube.
