Since our destination was Minna no Mori Gifu Media Cosmos, we decided on a location just a 4-minute walk from there. The Nagara River was also right next to it, making it a great place for a leisurely stroll!

This guesthouse is near the Park of Gifu and the Castle of Gifu. Very convenient. The owner let me wash my clothes in the washing machine for free.

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but everything was a 10/10 otherwise. And I still decently slept!

It was my first time staying at a guesthouse, but the owner kindly showed me around and I had a comfortable stay.

The owner is incredibly kind. The facilities are well-maintained and clean. The location is a bit far from the station, but there are plenty of things to see along the way, so it's worth it. The only drawback is the lack of places to eat nearby. However, the charm of the place more than makes up for it. I highly recommend it if you want to experience a unique Japanese atmosphere.

When I contacted them to ask if I could leave my luggage as I would be arriving earlier than expected, they allowed me to check in early, which was very helpful.
They also gave me recommendations on shops and souvenirs, which allowed me to fully enjoy sightseeing, and I'm grateful for that.
I'll use your service again when I travel to Gifu.

- Owner was super friendly, had some nice talk with him. I had many recommandations from him, and he also gave me a ride to the JR station, very useful since I had a heavy luggage
- you can use the bicycle, which is a huge advantage to go to the surrounding areas
- The bed was confortable, nothing fancy but enough for my stay of 4 nights
- Common areas are large enough to spend some time and have a chat with owner or guests.
