Extremely hygenic and clean, super affordable compared to other options at the time I booked it. The owner was really helpful enabling late check-in, furthermore he helped me with laundry detegrents. Laundry wa extremely affordable as well. Definitely my go-to spot in the future.

It's a relatively clean and tidy B&B. However, if you check in after 8pm, you must contact the hotel in advance to leave your key, otherwise you may not be able to check in! The bathroom doesn't have a Washlet toilet, but everything else is fine.

A clean and comfortable hotel. Bus stops are very close. The receptionist is a good and understanding person. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

The room is relatively large compared to Japanese hotels, and it is clean and comfortable. The hotel is relatively safe, and the location is good, and it is convenient to go anywhere. There are no disadvantages except that the wall panels are thin and not very soundproof, and the price is quite affordable.

The room is not narrow, it is considered wide for Japan. The facilities are complete. Check-in is not chaotic. You can leave your luggage before check-in and check-out. Leave it before check-in. After 3 pm, the staff will take your luggage to your room. There is a smoking area under the building of the accommodation.

Cheap and affordable, the room is small and the bathroom is even smaller. Kyoto is expensive, so it's OK to live there

Management of hotel really helpful. You need to learn how to go by bus if you want to stay here. Make sure to see bus map first because the train station need quite walk around 800meter.
