Hotels with pool in Hamamatsu

We booked a Japanese-style room. The downside is that we had to make the bed the next day. The upside is that I walked around Tokyo before leaving, and my waist was not very comfortable

Got an upgrade room to the suite. Free alcohol and other drinks in the fridge. Free lounge on the 13th floor. Everything was great for the stay

Serenity found! 🌊🏨 Grand Mercure Lake Hamana Resort & Spa is like a tranquil oasis. Stunning lake views, relaxing onsen, and excellent service make it a perfect escape

After sleeping on the tatami, I felt alive again. The hotel has hot springs, which is very good for relieving fatigue

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this resort has it all 👍

The nearest bus stop to the HUGE Aeon mall is about 15 minutes walking. About $2usd The hotel does offer a free shuttle FROM THE SOUTH SIDE EXIT and the maisaka train station has a city bus stop on the south side exit

Stayed here for a quick business trip and it was a great choice. The location is the biggest plus—it's directly connected to JR Hamamatsu Station, so getting to my meetings was super easy, even with luggage

Staff were polite and helpful but just that, would’ve liked a bit more friendliness. They knew it was our anniversary but not one congratulated us

Overall we love this hotel especially with its music theme evident throughout, eg the elevator decorations and the piano keys on the floor. Very arty and will definitely come back again one day 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Super views from the 42nd floor. Gets better as the night draws in and the city lights come on. Location is very convenient being right next to the train station and close to lots of eateries

The room was quiet, clean, and had a decent desk to get some work done. Being in the tallest building in the city, the view from my room was a great bonus to unwind after a long day

The whole experience was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was spacious enough for my family, as there were 3 of us. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food

The location is very convenient, close to the station with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room size is also good, and the front desk offers a variety of amenities for guests to take

cozy breakfast buffet helped me get through days i was here for work. japanese style or bread and coffee, eat as much as you want! the room was very quiet although it was located right by the station

Good location. Very near to the train station, and lots of food nearby. Room are quiet and clean. The only complain I have is the speed of the lift. At times you might got to wait for awhile.

Nice room and great location with a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel building. Staff were lovely and allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel prior to check in.

The hotel rooms are also spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It would be absolutely perfect if the price were just a little bit lower

The hotel is perfectly located near shinkansen station with plenty of shops and restaurants. Great place to stay .

The hotel's location was perfect and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, which we greatly appreciated

It was truly great value for money, and my friend and I had a comfortable night's rest. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we come

It was very clean and the service was good

The room seemed to have been renovated, and was a beautiful Japanese-Western style room with a lake view. Having a Japanese-style room was convenient because you could spread out your luggage freely

There were several baths in the hot spring, and there were a fair number of washing areas, so there was no waiting, which was nice. We had it at the restaurant on the second floor of the hot spring

The large baths are in different buildings, but they are connected by a simple corridor, which was nice, but it felt a little cold as it seemed like the outside air was coming in along the way

Chosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel

All things are included in this hotel. I will definitely come back again when traveling Shizuoka.

Our stay at Hotel Leon was more pleasant than we expected. However there was a particular area that puts us slightly off. The room is cooled via central AC, which normally isn't a problem

Frankly I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known about the room AC. But then I wouldn't get to experience the wonderful side of Hotel Leon. There's free parking on the hotel lot. But it was full when we arrived

The male front desk staff who checked us in helpfully gave us direction to the nearest (and cheapest) overnight parking. Every hotel staff we met or interacted with were personable and professional

If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus. We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service

Good location and room is clean. 3 days booked but just 1 mineral water served. It’s good to serve 1 drink every day.

In particular, during the breakfast buffet, which I love, it was still far from over, and even though I wanted to enjoy my meal a little longer, the staff started to reduce the size of my food very quickly, and they were clearing away dishes so loudly that I thought they might break, and they were working just inches away from me while I was eating

However, the facilities are old, the air conditioning can't be adjusted, and you need a key to open the door. Breakfast is simple, with Hamamatsu gyoza (dumplings)

It was a hectic, noisy breakfast buffet that made me feel a bit uneasy. About 80% of the reason I stayed at this hotel was the breakfast buffet, so it was a shame

One thing that was a bit disappointing this time, and not all of it, is that the quality of the staff seems to have gone down

I stayed in different rooms for two nights, but unfortunately there was no free water on the second night, which was a shame

Looking out at the lake view in the morning sitting on the tatami from the room on first floor, it does feel like the room is floating on the lake. Astonish view! Every room is lake faced

Booking through hotel website provides a great discount. Friendly and sufficient staff. An old yet well maintained hotel. Takes a 15-20mins walk to nearby train station

It was a shame that there was no lotion or other amenities in the bath, but considering the price difference with other hotels, it was a very affordable stay, so I guess it's unavoidable to have to save money in various ways

This is a low-rise hotel on the shores of Lake Hamana. The exterior looks old, but the rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The room was Japanese modern, so I was able to relax on the Ryukyu tatami mats

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere with the lights turned down a little, so I was able to eat quietly and calmly. I was very satisfied with the food, including eel and Hamamatsu gyoza

The building itself is quite old, so I was prepared for that, but the rooms and restaurant had been renovated, and I was able to relax in a room with a lake view

The transportation is extremely convenient. It takes only one minute to walk from the station. The room is still as small as before, but the facilities are quite new. It is no problem to stay there casually.

Small space but happy with the location, front desk personnels are really helpful. Breakfast is amazing and there is free curry at dinner time. (not always available but it’s a hit) thank you for accommodating us.

The south exit of Hamamatsu Station is very convenient. There are various restaurants and supermarkets in the station. The hotel reception restaurant is very welcoming

It's a little difficult to open the bed, but the bed is big. It's near Hamamatsu Station and takes bus No. 41 to see the cherry blossoms

The hotel's breakfast buffet is really good, but everyone only helps themselves once, and I don't know if I can take it a second time

Although the breakfast place is not big, the variety is quite rich. The hotel also has coin-operated washing machines

The hotel has a warm atmosphere. It is near the amusement park, cable car and lake. The room is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities. The buffet breakfast and dinner are diverse and delicious

Well season is Good, dinner and breakfast all good , free entrance for flower park and amusement park. Room is spacious and clean. Hot spring also good.

It was convenient that the parking lot could be used even after check-out, so I could go to Palpal next door. I would love to stay here again with my whole family!

There is an onsen for relaxing. The shop is convenient and complete. The staff took care of us throughout our stay. I will definitely come back again

A wonderful stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they were all friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, and we had a great time.

🎡 Adjacent to the amusement park "Hamanako Palpal" Right next to the hotel is the amusement park "Hamanako Palpal", where you can enjoy everything from fairy tales to thrilling rides, making it perfect for families

Pool and Fitness is just open for members. Closed for hotel guests. Next to that clean and friendly.

Also there are two big departments stores around the station and H &M at the station along with big camera which has lots of electronics. Would really recommended if you are gonna stay in hamamatsy Esta muy bueno hotel

I used it like four times and nice but right now i am staying and has been two days now staying two more days but really great. The rooms are comfortable and really nice maybe except for small rooms

I was able to make a reservation at a very reasonable price. I booked a single room, but they upgraded it to a larger one. It was a wonderful trip.

People are soooo nice and polite and respectful. The bus stop and combino is near. The station is walable and movie theater is near by

I was very happy that everyone at the hotel was so courteous. The best thing about staying here is that it was relaxing. ❤️❤️

Everything was actually really good, but this hotel was so old it couldn’t feel comfortable or clean despite best efforts. Location was great - 2 min walk from Hamamatsu Station

Staff was kind and let us check in just slightly before 3pm. Amenities were super for what you pay. Free evening curry, 1 draft beer and decent breakfast spread

Very good, satisfactory, gratifying.

Location is very convenient, next to station then easy to get the bullet train. Food ok, but the room is quite small, even still comfortable

We had breakfast which was ok but not a lot of choice (coming from europe). The room was a little small - I'd say even for japanese standards this was tiny. AC is either on or off for us

The location of this hotel is very good and it is very near to the railway station. Free coffee is provided at the lobby. Breakfast is medium standard. Staff are very nice and polite

We were there in mid-October so we didn't do any water sports. They have tennis/paddleball courts, sup, water peddle tricycles, a waterside, pool and e-bikes. We didn't use the master onsen comunal bath

If you don't use full service housekeeping daily, say you only request new towels, you earn shopping coupons to use at the snack/gift shop at checkout

It has the most spacious rooms I have ever seen in a Japanese hotel. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive, with nice extras such as freshly squeezed mandarin juice, espresso coffee machine, ice cream etc

Our room had two western style double beds which were very comfortable. Our room looked out onto the lake. Our dining area was Japanese style with two small futon, a low table and cushions to sit on the floor

That worked for me but not my 6' 1" companion. We moved the futons against the wall and piled the cushions on his futon to make it higher. Used the wall as back support

The restaurant was only so-so for breakfast, but FABULOUS for dinner. We ate the French course, Italian course and the buffet. Service was impeccable in the restaurant

It's conveniently located near the station. The hotel is a little old, and there weren't many electrical outlets, so I'm giving it four stars. The staff were all very kind, and I'd definitely like to stay here again

We had requested parking, so we were able to easily bring our luggage in. We ended up going out a bit late in the evening, but the large public bath was open until midnight, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak

Great place for family has a pool beach walking distance

We booked in October for our family of three, hoping to enjoy the view of Lake Hamana and explore the surrounding area at the end of the year

The weather was beautiful, the view from our hotel room window was beautiful, and the room was larger than we expected, allowing three adults to relax comfortably

The hotel also offers the big bath and everyone will be charged 150 yen no matter you use the service or not. Rooms and hotel environment are a bit old. Cleanness should be improved

It was very helpful that you provided transportation to and from the station. Thank you very much. *I was surprised to find out that the seat I sat in was the same seat that Tetsuro Degawa sat in on a TV program.

There is also a manga corner and a vending machine corner. I appreciate that you can order draft beer at the front desk until around 23:00. Towels, toothbrushes, slippers, nightwear, etc

My room was upgraded, and since they were also hosting a group, they informed me of the available breakfast times in advance. I also used the bath on the top floor twice, once in the evening and once in the morning

When I requested a shuttle to Hamamatsu Station in the morning, the driver asked whether I wanted the north or south exit, and he took me to the south exit, which is close to the Shinkansen ticket gates

While the room was a bit small, they have sento where you can soak in after a long day. They also have comic books you can bring to your room to read. It was a new experience and I love it.

Everything I needed was there, and the timing was perfect, so I had it all to myself. The men's and women's baths are switched, and shampoo and other amenities are replaced at the same time

Stayed here as it was close to Suzuki Plaza. Found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating to us Australians. The room we had was large, with a full size bath and shower, plenty of space

All in all, a quaint older hotel that looked to be built to very high standards, wonderful staff, nothing to complain about, would stay there again

Also a nice view from the balcony. As an unexpected bonus, breakfast is included at no extra charge

This hotel so good.I came here every year.

Friendly helpful staff very good A+

I think the price is reasonable. It's within walking distance of Hamamatsu Station. This is my second time staying here this year, so the breakfast was pretty much the same and simple

I stayed here during Golden Week. The food was mainly seafood, and both dinner and breakfast were very filling, tasty, and very satisfying! I think the cost of the stay was probably worth it just for the food

We stayed as a family of three, with dinner and breakfast included. While there was some wear and tear inside the building, the tatami mats and futons were clean, and we were able to rest comfortably

This hotel is in a great location for families with young children, as it's perfect for visiting Palpal, the flower park, and Hama Zoo. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size

It was also great that there was Wi-Fi and amenities like yukata and toothbrushes were provided. However, there is no refrigerator, so please be aware of this if you plan to use the facility

The day after we stayed was New Year's Day, so there were various New Year's dishes like ozoni (rice cake soup), herring roe, black beans, and abalone, all served in individual bento boxes

We traveled with children, but there were no high chairs or children's dishes, and the steep stairs and the fact that only the room's tap water came out of the sink were challenging
