Good location and room is clean.
3 days booked but just 1 mineral water served. It’s good to serve 1 drink every day.

I stay here every year.
The hotel facilities are generally old and can be inconvenient, but the great location and gorgeous breakfast buffet keep me coming back.
One thing that was a bit disappointing this time, and not all of it, is that the quality of the staff seems to have gone down.
In particular, during the breakfast buffet, which I love, it was still far from over, and even though I wanted to enjoy my meal a little longer, the staff started to reduce the size of my food very quickly, and they were clearing away dishes so loudly that I thought they might break, and they were working just inches away from me while I was eating.It was a hectic, noisy breakfast buffet that made me feel a bit uneasy.
About 80% of the reason I stayed at this hotel was the breakfast buffet, so it was a shame.

The building is old, but it's close to the station and a convenience store, and the receptionist was very nice.
I stayed in different rooms for two nights, but unfortunately there was no free water on the second night, which was a shame.

This is a terrible hotel. The front desk staff were rude and provided poor service. When I ordered McDonald's through Uber Eats, the front desk said delivery wasn't allowed. I tried communicating with them in Japanese and English, but it didn't work; the staff kept interrupting me, which was incredibly impolite.

Secondly, the stay was very uncomfortable. The facilities were outdated, and there was only one charging outlet by the bed. The mattress and blankets were extremely uncomfortable; you could even feel the springs.

The location was also inconvenient. It looked alright on the map when I booked it, but in reality, you have to go through an underground passage every time you go out or come in.

The hotel has a good location; it's right next to the right after exiting Hamamatsu Station. The room is also quite spacious, and the view from the window is nice. However, the facilities are old, the air conditioning can't be adjusted, and you need a key to open the door. Breakfast is simple, with Hamamatsu gyoza (dumplings). Perhaps because it was the weekend, the price of over 1590 RMB per night wasn't very good value.

I stayed here two weeks in a row while traveling to my favorite artist's concert.
It's just a stone's throw from Hamamatsu Station, has a 24-hour front desk and can store your luggage, so it was easy to get around.
Now that I think about it, the first time I stayed there there was a free bottle of water, but there wasn't one the second time...(´･ω･`)?

The hotel had a great location, visible from the station. It is a very big hotel, but a bit old. The room was spacious and had all the basic necessities. I appreciated that it had a large bathtub as well. Unfortunately, I was there for a concert, so I didn’t spend much time exploring the facilities or interacting with the staff, but what little I did, I didn’t find anything lacking. For the first night, there was a complimentary water bottle, but on the second night there was not. Also, I would have appreciated the bathroom amenities to be restocked on the second day, although they did have additional amenities available in the lobby. I also liked that they had a Key Coffee drip coffee in the room (this was restocked the next day). All in all, it was a positive experience in a slightly retro hotel.
