Hamamatsu, 111-2 Itaya-machi Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
One of the best hotels I experienced in the japan, the stuff are so professional and the the view from the room are so amazing, especially for this price.
One of the best hotels in Hamamatsu. I'll definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for a quick business trip and it was a great choice. The location is the biggest plus—it's directly connected to JR Hamamatsu Station, so getting to my meetings was super easy, even with luggage
Overall we love this hotel especially with its music theme evident throughout, eg the elevator decorations and the piano keys on the floor. Very arty and will definitely come back again one day 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏
The room was quiet, clean, and had a decent desk to get some work done. Being in the tallest building in the city, the view from my room was a great bonus to unwind after a long day
The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is a must for me. The staff were efficient and professional, making check-in and check-out very smooth

The hotel room is clean, dinning room services is good.
It is located in a very convenient location very close to Hamamatsu station. The amenities were very nice, the public bath is small but clean and functional.
The breakfast was excellent and selection is very good. Only draw back is breakfast end by 9am.
The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange)
Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong
There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter

Service at hotel was excellent. Hamamatsu castle was just across the street from the hotel
I was pleased to find a room away from the elevator, as I had hoped. It was also on the south side, so the location was excellent with a view of Hamamatsu Castle. (It's especially beautiful at night, when it's lit up.)
The location is good, near Hamamatsu Castle. The hotel also has a famous eel rice restaurant, but it's a bit pricey. The food is good, and the breakfast is plentiful and quite good.
The location is a little far from the station, but since I went by car, it wasn't a problem at all, the room was spacious, and although the breakfast buffet didn't have a large variety, most of the items were tasty, so I was very satisfied
The hotel was well-cleaned and I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. I especially liked the croissants. I will definitely stay here again.
Hamamatsu Castle is visible from the window. It's a luxury hotel with an old-fashioned feel, but it feels more like a classic than a dated building

Hamamatsu, 9-1 Asahi-machi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is very convenient, close to the station with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room size is also good, and the front desk offers a variety of amenities for guests to take
Good hotel to rest and relax. Excellent service to meet up our request to allow our two road bikes into the room before being able to continue our Japan Journey without any interruptions.
Good location. Very near to the train station, and lots of food nearby. Room are quiet and clean. The only complain I have is the speed of the lift. At times you might got to wait for awhile.
Room clean and have a big bed Break fast good i wanna back again to stay there with big family next march
The location is incredibly convenient, with a Family Mart and a restaurant right downstairs, and the station just next door. Even for those driving, parking is available at a reasonable 1000 yen per day
Nice room and great location with a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel building. Staff were lovely and allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel prior to check in.

Good location and room is clean. 3 days booked but just 1 mineral water served. It’s good to serve 1 drink every day.
Great facility, good rooms and supportive staff. Famous Act city tower is linked with the hotel
The hotel has a good location; it's right next to the right after exiting Hamamatsu Station. The room is also quite spacious, and the view from the window is nice
Perhaps because it was the weekend, the price of over 1590 RMB per night wasn't very good value
In particular, during the breakfast buffet, which I love, it was still far from over, and even though I wanted to enjoy my meal a little longer, the staff started to reduce the size of my food very quickly, and they were clearing away dishes so loudly that I thought they might break, and they were working just inches away from me while I was eating
However, the facilities are old, the air conditioning can't be adjusted, and you need a key to open the door. Breakfast is simple, with Hamamatsu gyoza (dumplings)

Always like to stay here. The rooms are clean and the location is great. The breakfast is also very good.
The location is good and the station is close. Breakfast was delicious! Happy hour was also great! I would like to stay here again
We stayed in a twin room with our three children. It was very clean and there was a large public bath, so we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. There is an affiliated parking lot and also a paid parking lot nearby
Breakfast was served in a bright venue with the morning sun streaming in, which was very pleasant. There was a wide variety of items to choose from. It's an exciting hotel with many rental items
It's really close to the station and very convenient. There's also a convenience store nearby. They offer one free drink during happy hour, and they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages
It was during the Obon period, but when I arrived at 7pm, there was no one there, so we had the place to ourselves. The room had a lovely combination of wallpaper and curtains

For English speakers, just check the video and you will know how noisy the central air -conditioner is. The reception just told me every room is as noisy as that, just above the bed whole night
Not far from the Shinkansen, the location is good, suitable for transit and rest, clean and neat, no odor, suitable for traveling alone,
The double bed was too small to call it that. Reserveling the twin beds is a better choice for 2. The Hotel was very safe and clean also surrounded with good restaurants(reservations is a lot faster) and a train station
The hotel is good but very basic. It's clean and conveniently located close to the train station but nothing to write home about.
You can park on the footpath in front of the hotel to unload your belongings and drive another 200m. to the parking building on the left. The hotel will subsidize the fee
Very convenient location as the hotel was just 3mins walk from the station!

Hamamatsu, 430-0935 Shizuoka, Naka-ku Tenma 94 , Japan (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Chosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel
All things are included in this hotel. I will definitely come back again when traveling Shizuoka.
Hotel Leon may be a small hotel but it punches above it's weight. On account of our good experience, I would recommend this hotel
Our stay at Hotel Leon was more pleasant than we expected. However there was a particular area that puts us slightly off. The room is cooled via central AC, which normally isn't a problem
Frankly I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known about the room AC. But then I wouldn't get to experience the wonderful side of Hotel Leon. There's free parking on the hotel lot. But it was full when we arrived
The male front desk staff who checked us in helpfully gave us direction to the nearest (and cheapest) overnight parking. Every hotel staff we met or interacted with were personable and professional

We managed to make a reservation at this hotel when it was busy. Still, the facilities were good, the staff were cheerful, and they were very kind to us who are not used to business hotels
Really kind people, excellent hotel and a really nice public bath. Slept excellently every night for the entire three weeks.
If you just want a cheap place to stay, this is a good enough facility.
The access from the station was good too.
The bath has a roof, but it is structurally outdoors on the roof. Depending on the season, it feels good to have outside air. The hot water was clean and the temperature could be warmed up
When I left something in my room and was wondering whether to go back to pick it up, I called and mailed it to my house. It was a wonderful hospitality

🍽 A luxurious buffet All-you-can-eat eel from Lake Hamana! In addition, you can enjoy dishes made with plenty of local ingredients, such as Mikkabi beef teppanyaki and fresh seafood dishes
There are more than 20 types of alcohol, and you can also taste Shizuoka's famous sake. 🏞 Lake view rooms with a spectacular view The rooms overlooking Lake Hamana are truly an extraordinary space
♨ The ultimate hot spring experience You can enjoy two hot spring facilities: the open-air bath "Hitotoki no Yu" for guests only, and the day-trip hot spring "Hanasaki no Yu"
It was convenient that the parking lot could be used even after check-out, so I could go to Palpal next door. I would love to stay here again with my whole family!
A wonderful stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they were all friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, and we had a great time.
In particular, at "Hanasaki no Yu", you can enjoy 10 types of baths, including a cypress bath and a rock bath overlooking the garden

It is 10 points comfortable and delicious. The price-performance ratio is really good. My friend and I had a comfortable night's rest. Next time I come, I will definitely choose this hotel
Staff are very nice...housekeeping is very good...
We had a lot of fun on this trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient. The room is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is also very beautiful. Breakfast is eaten in the adjacent restaurant
I had to stay overnight due to heavy rain, but the front desk staff were very considerate and I had a comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

The service was excellent, the breakfast was very delicious, everything was pleasant, I would only recommend that the smoking rooms have better ventilation to avoid the bad smell of cigarettes during bedtime, some device to hear the TV better without disturbing other guests, the TV volume was very low, 20 maximum, and I could not enjoy the movies, for the rest everything was quite pleasant and relaxing
Parking lot was small, just a few spots, and so is the room; not much in terms of services, but it's not meant to be a luxury hotel. Breakfast was good, and there's a convenience store literally across the quiet street
Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat
The blankets are not clean in my room. Staffs are kinds and breakfest is good too.
I had a wonderful stay during my trip! The location was scenic and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with friendly staff always ready to help
I were on a two-night business trip. The hotel was 5 mins walk from the Hamamatsu station and all the staff were really friendly!!!

Comfort Hotel has always been one of my top choices when I travel. It offers great value for money, delicious breakfast, and excellent service
Comfort Hotel is excellent, breakfast is wonderful, I enjoyed staying there.
The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. The room they gave us is pretty comfortable and with a nice view. The free breakfast food delicious and food staff are all nice and pleasant

The hotel's breakfast buffet is really good, but everyone only helps themselves once, and I don't know if I can take it a second time
The room is very clean, the environment is also very good, relatively old architectural style
Affordable and good hotel. I would like to use it again.
This hotel is good and its location is perfect, just outside Hamamatsu station. But the room I booked was for non smoking, but the whole floor has smoking rooms so the floor and the room had terrible cigarettes smell!!
Small space but happy with the location, front desk personnels are really helpful. Breakfast is amazing and there is free curry at dinner time. (not always available but it’s a hit) thank you for accommodating us.
The transportation is extremely convenient. It takes only one minute to walk from the station. The room is still as small as before, but the facilities are quite new. It is no problem to stay there casually.

The hot spring ♨️ is chlorinated, but it feels good, but the temperature was a little warm. The location of Lake Hamana was the best, and the small park was right in front of me, which was good for walking my dog
This hotel provides a great Japanese experience- spacious rooms, good beds, well maintained onsen, and delicious Japanese breakfast and kaiseki dinner, at a good price
Amusement park is just 2 minutes drive and there’s an Onagi restaurant where you can eat with your dog. We wanted to stay longer but they’re fully booked
It was an interesting experience - having breakfast and dinner with generally well behaved pooches in their prams, or sitting up at the dinner table, with their families
We did not realise until we checked in that it is a dog hotel. Most of the other guests have at least one dog
The meals are amazing- but no western items at all. Some staff spoke English, others used AI, but all were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 45 minute bus trip from Hamamatsu station (Route 30)

The room, bath, and food were all great! We were able to relax as a family of three. The private open-air bath was also nice. It's also in a very convenient location as a base for sightseeing
It's a place I'd like to come back to again 🙆
Perhaps due to the influence of Corona, other accommodation facilities are closed around Kanzanji? Closed? There was also a place to do it. I sincerely hope that this wonderful inn will continue in the future
I stayed here with my family while I was pregnant and visiting my parents' home! It was very reasonable for a family stay and the food was delicious. I would like to stay here again when I visit my parents' home.
When he overheard that it was our wedding anniversary, he took the initiative to take a photo and present us with a nice momento. The food was excellent - always fresh, delicious, nicely presented and the portions ample
Why are there so many good reviews? It was off-season, and the nearby amusement facilities were closed, so I wondered if they had reduced the number of staff

My room was upgraded, and since they were also hosting a group, they informed me of the available breakfast times in advance. I also used the bath on the top floor twice, once in the evening and once in the morning
I was surprised to find an analog-like radio on the bedside centralized switch! It was quite good to slow down the radio with a small sound without any problems. Depending on the room, you can see the Shinkansen
While the room was a bit small, they have sento where you can soak in after a long day. They also have comic books you can bring to your room to read. It was a new experience and I love it.
When I requested a shuttle to Hamamatsu Station in the morning, the driver asked whether I wanted the north or south exit, and he took me to the south exit, which is close to the Shinkansen ticket gates
It was very helpful that you provided transportation to and from the station. Thank you very much. *I was surprised to find out that the seat I sat in was the same seat that Tetsuro Degawa sat in on a TV program.
Everything I needed was there, and the timing was perfect, so I had it all to myself. The men's and women's baths are switched, and shampoo and other amenities are replaced at the same time

Amenities such as shampoo are provided, but it's a good idea to bring your own face wash. It had been a while since our last trip just the two of us, so we were able to really relax and enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere
If the weather is good, I bet the sunrise and sunset would be beautiful
It's easy to see why some of Japan's most famous film directors and literary figures, including Shohei Imamura, who twice won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival, Yasujiro Ozu, Keisuke Kinoshita, and Naoya Shiga, have stayed here
It was a very quiet and relaxing inn. The meals at both dinner and breakfast were just the right amount and delicious, mainly consisting of ingredients caught in Lake Hamana
Founded in 1907, this long-established Japanese-style inn has a historic feel to it. With the lake right in front of it, time passed slowly
The landlady was very friendly, and when we asked about tourist spots, she brought us pamphlets and gave us all sorts of information
