The rooms are Japanese-style, and the bathtub is nice. Dinner is good, though served slowly, and has a Michelin-star quality. Breakfast is average. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Kaga Station (advance reservations are required). If you're visiting Kanazawa, it's worth a trip.

We had a 4 day fantastic experience.

It's OK in every aspect, but the food is not the best, just average. And my contract specifications are very high, but on the first floor, the air is not cool

During our 2 night-stay, the breakfasts N dinners were awesome, mouth watering & flavorful! Best meals on our 12-day trip in Japan. The shuttle bus service was a great help. Every service personnel we interacted with during our stay were warm N hospitable! Their smiles and greetings made us felt welcome.

The building may be old, but the staff were all kind and warmly welcomed us. All the food was delicious!! Fireworks were set off every day in August on the lake in front of the hotel, and a festival was also held near the hotel, so it was great to experience the festival atmosphere!! Thank you very much. I stayed here while sightseeing in Kanazawa. I took the local bus from Kaga Onsen Station to get there, and the shuttle bus to get back. The shuttle bus runs three times a day. The room had a great view of Lake Shibayama. I was also able to relax in the large public bath.

The hotel is a bit remote and the facilities are a bit old. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Gusoyu (one of the attractions), and all the nearby shops are open after 5 pm, so if you arrive before 3 pm, it is very inconvenient to go out and find food! The room is big enough and clean

I took my mother, who has trouble walking, with me, and they provided a wheelchair for her, and a Japanese-Western style room for her, who has trouble getting out of bed, which was very helpful. Of course, the hot springs were also very pleasant, and my mother was very happy with them.

The rooms are clean and the hot spring facilities are varied. The staff were friendly and helpful, even recommending nearby restaurants. You can also use the sister hot spring, Ruriko.

The room was clean, but it was a shame there wasn't a dinner-inclusive plan for solo travelers (or maybe I just couldn't find one?). Generally, I think the service is good, but I did notice some of the staff (waitresses?) chatting in the entrance while waiting for guests. Traveling solo, I splurged on a Japanese-style room that could probably fit four people. It's an older ryokan, but that didn't really detract from the experience. This is a traditional Japanese hotel with an excellent location and good service. The public bath is open 24 hours, and the rooms are large and comfortable, though the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, it offers great value for money. The WiFi doesn't reach all rooms, and there's no signal at all on the fourth floor, which needs improvement.

The quality of the service was excellent. I was also surprised that they provided a shuttle service to the nearby station and even took me to Komatsu Airport. I felt bad that I was there alone. You absolutely must book a shuttle bus to the hotel in advance (Ctrip doesn't offer customer service); you have to call and book it yourself. There are public hot springs with separate baths for men and women. There are also open-air baths that can be used privately and can be used for free for 50 minutes, which is very good.
