The hotel was clean and tidy, with excellent service and a rich breakfast. We were lucky enough to enjoy the snow scenery, which was lovely. The location is superb, conveniently close to both shopping malls and the train station. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time at this Ryokan - traditional Japanses hotel. We had a junior suite, so spacious, itcwas so relaxing. Buffet breakfast, good selection was included. We had kimonos, socks and shoes in room and traditional sweets in room everyday with an explanation of their origin. Would recommend the teahouse evening with tea house tour.
