Very well located, just 10 minutes walking distance from the Kanazawa Castle Park. The room was comfortable and very convinient with a private bathroom.

Price raised very much during Marathon weekend.

Mitsui Garden always be my first hotel when I explore the new region in Japan. Location is a bit outside the main central city, in walking distance. The hotel servicer can easily communicate with English, understand customer needs, that's super nice. And Mitsui Garden normally have the top floor hot tube area which is super good for me to relax after full day travel around. 

The hotel's overall environment is outstanding. Dining by the window offers spectacular views, which was a real treat. The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh ingredients, leaving me very satisfied. The biggest surprise was the hot spring bath area on the top floor; soaking in the springs while enjoying the view outside the window was an incredible experience. Overall, my stay was fantastic!

This was a lovely hotel. The room was spacious to open 2 luggages and was clean. There was a tub in the toilet which was large. The main selling point of this hotel was the amazing breakfast. This is my second time staying here. The room is nice, but it's a bit far from the subway. We drove, and parking was very expensive – we had to find our own spot. However, it's just 200 meters from Omicho Market, and within walking distance to Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenroku-en, and Higashi Chaya District. The hotel is clean and has a public bath and laundry room.

This garden hotel offers an excellent experience! The location is superb, very close to major attractions. They even provided a free one-day bus pass, which was fantastic! The rooftop hot springs were so relaxing. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Breakfast was also very extensive.

The hotel is quite a walk from the station, about 20 minutes, or you can take a bus. It's very close to the seafood market. The hotel has a large public bath. For breakfast, the hotel's own breakfast is good, or you can choose to eat at partner restaurants in the seafood market.

However, if you're just staying overnight, you'll be very satisfied with the facilities, parking, etc. I think it would be difficult to ask for anything more.

Due to my mistake, I booked a different accommodation than I wanted, but they handled it kindly and I was able to stay there without any problems.

I was confused when I was leaving the parking lot. I didn't realize that I had to pay the same amount as the subsidy, and I ended up causing trouble for the car behind me. I'm sorry.

Parking is available, and the fee is included in the room rate, so it's easy to understand and doesn't require separate payment. We stayed with two adults and two children, so we chose a room with two single beds, but we were able to push the single beds together and sleep comfortably! They also provided amenities for children, such as toothbrushes and baby wipes, which was very helpful.

Buffet breakfast was very nice. Room had previously had someone smoking in the room so the room and bed sheets smelled like smoke.

Stayed overnight for a visit to a nearby facility. Access by car is good. Parking lot is small but adequate.

This place is just a 5-6 minute walk to Kanazawa jr station and the bus terminal. The location is fantastic. There is all the amenities you need like coin laundry, and ice machine. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the room was much larger than typical hotel rooms. The location has its pros and cons; it's right next to the JR station. It's fine for a one-night layover if you're catching a train, but if you're a light sleeper, this place might not be for you as the train noise at night is quite loud.

Our most favorite hotel during our entire stay in Japan! Affordable, clean, modern, and super spacious. They offer unlimited coffee and plenty of amenities, plus free skincare — wow! Another big plus is that it’s near the station. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kanazawa.

7 min walk from Kanazawa station, clean room good facility. Although room is not big but very comfortable. Rooftop breakfast area overlooking train tracks was a good experience. Breakfast is semi buffet style.

The room had a strange odor, which I didn't like. It was spacious enough though. The staff seemed a bit grumpy, but I'll still give it four stars, even if it wasn't quite up to expectations. There were a lot of people checking in for the Lantern Festival.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle, and the garden. The room size and amenities are quite good. The staff were friendly and provided great service; they kindly kept our luggage safe even after we checked out, allowing us to enjoy another half day exploring Kanazawa before leaving this beautiful city.

Had a fantastic stay at the Kanazawa Inn! The location is superb, within walking distance to attractions like Kenrokuen Garden. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. They offer complimentary tea all day, plus free afternoon tea and even evening ochazuke. The staff were friendly, the decor is modern, and it's great value for money. Highly recommend!

The pod are noisy. POD has echo . So anyone snoring you can hear that. The toilet are outside the pod area. So I need to carry card with me everytime you go to toilet which is annoying and you can easily forget. The shower are in basement. Not on each floor.

Staff is very friendly, everything is super clean. Pods are comfy and have enough space to organize your stuff. Very close to some of the main attractions like Kanazawa Castle, Oayama Shrine, and Nagamachi district.

A fantastic hotel with great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again. Omi-cho Market is just a 300-meter walk away, and it's also not far from the station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

Great location, very close to the station and surprisingly quiet. However, there was a strong BBQ smell in the hotel hallway, likely from the yakiniku restaurant downstairs. It actually smelled quite good! We even ended up eating there. My clothes definitely smelled of grilled meat afterward. I didn't take any photos of the hotel itself, but it had a rather artistic vibe to it.

Hotel is close to Kanazawa train station. Good dining restaurants at the station. I have booked a bus trip to ShirakawaGo which is just behind the stations. The Samurai’s residence area and the Ninja temple was places of interest. Love to come back again.

It was a nice stay with luck as we enjoying snowy in Kanazawa. The hotel is very close to the JR station and shopping centre which is within 15 mins pleasant walk around. It is clean and tidy with good services. There is no doubt to revisit next time.

This hotel has a great location, very convenient for travelers on the go the next day. There are convenience stores and restaurants right in the building. It's also very clean, nothing to complain about! The front desk staff also speak good English.

The hotel is right next to the Kanazawa train station, 2 minutes walk to the bus station, train station, and major department stores. It is very convenient to take a JR West one-day trip to Gassho Village, Shirakawa Township, Takayama Hida. Breakfast is served in the restaurant attached to the hotel. The dishes are very rich and highly recommended.

It's very close to Kanazawa Station. It's a 5-minute walk from the East Exit. There is a large shopping mall opposite the store. The breakfast in the store is generally simple and delicious. The room is a bit old and the lights are dark. The room is spacious, clean, with breakfast service, not far from Kanazawa JR station, bus station, and large shopping malls. There are most of the tax free shops in the shopping mall. You can eat well, buy well, and the transportation is very convenient. After checking out, free luggage storage service is provided on the day, and then go to the nearby Echo market to eat a Noto steak meal, eat an Echizen...

The hotel is close to Kanazawa Station, and the transportation is convenient. I chose a smoking room. Although it has a taste, it is acceptable! This room has a coin-operated washing machine, and the breakfast is also good. If I go to Kanazawa again, I will stay here again.

The location is super convenient, and the room size is quite spacious for Japan. The view from the front desk floor is also really nice; I even saw Kanazawa's first snow on the day I checked out.

The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were kind and friendly. However, my room was very cold. Even with the air conditioning on, the comforter was so thin that I had to sleep with my down jacket on top of it at night.

The room was extremely spacious and clean, it does give retro feeling, but everything is functional and again very very clean. I was able to check in at 4 am on extremely short notice but in additional night so I could spend the rest of the morning sleeping and the hotel accommodated me. Very nice stay overall :)

Stayed at Henn na Hotel Kanazawa Korinbo. The breakfast spread was good, and the hotel itself is quite unique, especially the T-rex robot at reception, which was a fun touch. The location is very strategic and convenient for getting around. The only downside is that there’s no hotel parking available.

Stayed here the second time, this time with breakfast included. The breakfast choices were the same every day, with no dish rotation, which is kind of boring if you stay there more than a couple of days. The room size is bigger than in the hotels of this price level. Nice view from us paper floors.

Location is convenient. Front desk staff are helpful & friendly. Mr Yagi-San is especially professional and helpful! He has even helped us to book our bus tickets with very detailed details and instructions. Hotel buffet breakfast has limited choices of food but quality is ok. Overall, we are very happy with this hotel.

Excellent customer service, front desk staff were super helpful with luggage forwarding. The central heating was great, never felt cold. It was -3 to 5 degrees outside at night when I was there. A very mixed bag of a hotel. Located in the historic center, all the sights are easily accessible. Clean, friendly staff, but...a strange combination of an old hotel with a 60s-80s style and a modern renovation...vintage chairs and furniture and a modern plastic sink (they could have done everything in the same style). The hotel service was excellent, with a shuttle bus from the JR subway station. The hotel's decor was retro-style, and the teaware and tableware were made of local Maruya ware porcelain—very beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious, with everything I liked. The location was very convenient, close to Kenrokuen Garden.

Hakuchoro is a classic in Kanzawa, the decor is very tastefully done and the overall atmosphere has character.  It’s onsen is natural spring water and though the bath are relatively modest, it never gets crowded.  They provide free bus shuttles to and from the Kanazawa station and is a very helpful feature. There's a dedicated shuttle bus, and the service is quite good... It's a bit of a shame we didn't get to soak in the hot springs... It's very close to the attractions, making it convenient to walk there with kids... There's also classical music performance in the evening.

From the outside the hotel does not look like much. The rooms are small and a little run down but clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet (mostly Japanese food) is really nice. Sights are in walking distance. The hotel itself can be reached by bus from Kanazawa Station.

Although it was old, the room had a nice atmosphere and was very relaxing. The tatami room was spacious and comfortable. I ordered breakfast as an extra, but I wish I had chosen a plan that included it from the start. I was happy that there were menu items such as Kanazawa ochazuke and other dishes made with local ingredients.

The room was by no means what I would call clean. Maybe it's because I'm a bit of a clean freak, but as it's an old-fashioned hotel, it might be okay if you're just staying there. However, the staff were polite and pleasant.

The room was spacious and the bed was king size, which was nice. There were only three lamps in the room, which made it feel different from usual. It felt like an old-fashioned room. The air conditioner and TV were not remote controlled, and the lights in the room were not LED. I'd rate this a 4-star hotel for a budget-friendly trip.

This was my first time staying in such a spacious room in Japan, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The hotel provided fresh water, coffee, and tea daily, and the service was very attentive. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with a nearby mall and easy access to tourist attractions. The rooms are centrally heated, so it can get a bit warm at times. While the receptionist kindly suggested opening the window, outside noise can be noticeable at night. Aside from this small concern, everything else about our stay was perfect.

The location is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the station, but it's close to nearby tourist attractions. The front desk staff are all friendly. The matcha set sold at the first-floor cafe is also very satisfying.

Love the modern decor and style

I was concerned that the air conditioning in the hotel lobby and hallways was too strong. I would be happy if there were a wider variety of amenities. The hotel itself was very clean and convenient, with convenience stores and markets within walking distance. This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again if I come to Kanazawa.

We have a 2-year-old child, so the Japanese-style room was comfortable. The hotel's welcome service and breakfast were really great. The menu was different on the second day, and the quiche was delicious. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Kanazawa in a different season.

From Shirakawa Station, take any bus to Oyama Jinja Shrine, cross the road, and look to the right. The hotel is in a great location, within a 20-minute walk of many attractions. Buses are also available. The room was small and spacious, but lacked windows, making it dimly lit, but otherwise the amenities were good. The bathroom had three separate sinks. During my recent trip to Kanazawa, Higashichaya, Kenrokuen Garden, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and Ishiura Shrine were all within walking distance from this hotel, making it extremely convenient! Kanazawa Station is about a 5-minute drive away if traffic isn't heavy, but since I arrived around 6 PM, there was a traffic jam, but I was still able to park in the parking lot at the station...

The car park has both flat and multi-storey parking, and can accommodate a large number of cars, which was very convenient for me as I had to go in and out of the car many times depending on the need. The park is located on the north side across the road from Kanazawa Castle, so for my morning jog, I crossed the road and entered the castle from the north entrance, passed through the castle and crossed...

The room layout is great for family trips; you can buy food, eat, and enjoy yourself there. It's super close to Kanazawa Station, and Omicho Market is right next door. Choosing to stay here was wonderful.

Convenient location. There's an oden restaurant next door, and a lovely aroma fills the air when you open the window. The hotel feels like a renovated condominium or apartment. It doesn't really feel like a hotel. The rooms are spacious, but footsteps can sometimes echo. It was surprisingly quiet at night, though. You have to go to Odori and cross the street to find a convenience store.
