We went in the winter season.
They offer ski rentals, and Mt. Norikura Kogen Ski Resort is within walking distance. It was great that we could put on our skis from the snowy areas and ski down to the lift ticket office.
The guest room had three single beds with wheels on the legs, which made it easy to move, but we thought the single beds were a little cramped for our family of four, with an elementary school-aged child sleeping next to us.
The food was delicious, and even our child, who doesn't usually eat much salad, ate it all up.
The family bath is available. The hot springs really warmed us up.

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights.
It's close to the slopes, the food is delicious, and we were very satisfied!
All the rooms were equipped with floor heating, so we didn't feel cold.
Best of all, when my family accidentally returned our personal poles along with the rental skis we had rented at this pension, we called and asked them to return them cash on delivery. They happened to be in Matsumoto city and delivered them to our home, which we were so grateful for!!!!!!
We've sworn to ourselves that we'll definitely stay here the next time we go 😭

The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Their dog, Mugi-chan, was adorable! And it was only a three-minute walk to the slopes, which was great! I'd love to stay here again!

The owner was very friendly and we enjoyed talking a lot. The meals were served in a set course, but they were very delicious. There were two private baths, and the water temperature was just right, so we went in three times. The Norikura Tourist Center is nearby, so it's a good place to use the shuttle bus. The bears in this area are apparently gentle, so as long as you don't scare them, you'll be fine. This is a pension that makes me want to return next year.

Nice stay in this little pension ! Food was really excellent and the highlight of our stay.
However the room is not really big and the bed are too hard/not confortable.
It’s a shame that we were not politely asked to leave 10 min after checkout time, we thought that being alone we could enjoy a bit more after 3 nights.
Lastly, paying for renting a towel is quite unsual when the room is in this range of price.

The landlord uncle and aunt are very warm and friendly. After checking out, they took the initiative to send us to the next destination.
The room is small, the beams are low, the sound insulation is poor, and the floor is collapsed. The design is unreasonable. The accommodation experience is very average. There is no yukata, and the room without a bathroom does not provide bath towels. The rental fee is 200 yen/piece.

The store is friendly and has cute puppies, giving it a cozy cabin feel.

The owners are so warm and welcoming. The location from the bus stop was around 10-15 mins walk, and in the morning the owner offered to drive us there to save time.
They have a super kawaii pet snd the owner made sure that we’re comfortable with pet before letting it play outside. Lovely breakfast
