The staff and service are fantastic.
The service is excellent, and the value for money is fantastic. It was a little disappointing that the jetted bath in the large public bath was out of service and the waterfall shower didn't come out even when I pressed the button, but the excellent staff and service made up for the lack of facilities.

Although it's an old facility, it's clean and well-maintained. The friendly service is definitely top-notch. The complimentary draft beer and ice cream were even better. The view of Kanmon Bridge from the room was also excellent.

The dinner was delicious and filling.

The room was nice, with a view of the Kanmon Strait Bridge (partially). It's close to the entrance and exit of the Kanmon Strait Tunnel, making it convenient for commuting to and from Shimokanmonji. There's a hot spring bath for relaxation, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with free beer and ice cream.

This was my second time using the facility, and I had a wonderful, relaxing time, so I would like to use it again.

We were looking for accommodation at short notice due to a family tragedy, so we had to quickly change the number of people in our group, but they were so accommodating and very kind, which we were very grateful for! Since our children are small, we requested a room with a bath just in case, and since it was a weekday, the large public bath was open at times, so even if the kids made noise, we were able to relax and enjoy a bath without worrying about disturbing others (^^) The room was a spacious Japanese-style room, and the view of the Kanmon Bridge from the window made the kids very happy!
They also prepared children's chairs and cutlery for breakfast, which was very helpful!
Since we were staying for multiple nights, we were really grateful that they provided toys and DVDs!
Above all, the staff were all so kind and spoke kindly to our children, which we really appreciated! It's also close to aquariums and other attractions, so we highly recommend it for families with children (^^)
