Although I only stayed overnight, the hotel staff were very helpful. The room was average, but clean and I was satisfied with the price. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and the port is close by. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Wakkanai.

The front desk is full of handsome uncles, very enthusiastic. The Japanese-style room has a little bit of smoke, but it is acceptable. The smell will disappear after the air purifier is turned on for a while. The space is large and the view outside the window is also great.

Very nice and cozy stay near Japan's northmost. Meals are delicious. Will definitely come again some time during summer in the future. The location is distant to nearby city, so you'll probably need a rental car.

Well , apart from the station , a jump from the station there’s not much around the hotel . But , the top floor Onsen is 5 Star . Absolutely excellent will even outside area . Worth booking for this alone . Top notch hotel , and the reception are patient and friendly.

We were impressed by the service and location of the hotel. We had stayed at a Dormy Inn hotel last trip and were still impressed by its simple yet modern style. The cleanliness was outstanding, which made our stay truly relaxing.

Very close to the JR/Bus terminal. Vin Steak is located just beside the hotel. Also, there's a soup Curry restaurant, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Check before you visit. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff are helpful.

Very nice hotel with convenient location in Minami Wakkanai. Rooms were big and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here. They have a natural onsen here. Very nice reception staff, was happy to help me store my bike, and quick to let me back into my room when I locked myself out. Hotel has descent amenities and very affordable for a comfy room. They had the heater on in my room when I arrived as well. The reception staff spoke passable English, and helped me locate the nearest konbini/supermarket. Would stay there again.
