It's within walking distance of Wakkanai Station, the northernmost railway station in Japan, making it very accessible.
There was always staff at the check-in counter, so I arrived in Wakkanai in the morning, stored my luggage, and was able to explore the city without any hassle. When I returned in the evening and checked in, they even helped me store my luggage in the room.
The room, with tatami mats, was larger than I expected and well-appointed with modern amenities, making for a comfortable stay. The window afforded a clear view of Wakkanai Port, covered in heavy snow.

i really like their tatami japanese room, it's more than what I expected, it's my first time to sleep at futon like that so I don't know normally it's a but harder than normal bed or not, the view from windows room is mountain, magnificent, the staff so polite, there's a microwave at hallway, but no plate, for water at bathroom I don't know why it's not clear (little cloudy), but overall I really satisfied with my stay

Although I only stayed overnight, the hotel staff were very helpful. The room was average, but clean and I was satisfied with the price. There are delicious restaurants nearby, and the port is close by. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Wakkanai.

Good location only thing was it was not vacuumed. So many hairs everywhere in the room and bathroom.

The front desk is full of handsome uncles, very enthusiastic. The Japanese-style room has a little bit of smoke, but it is acceptable. The smell will disappear after the air purifier is turned on for a while. The space is large and the view outside the window is also great.

Small bed(small than Queen Size) mattress not firm. Besides, only 1 side table.
Was a smoking room, didn’t read the fine prints and also didn’t expect smoking room still exist.
Couldn’t bear to stay in the room.
Price not cheap for a 2-star.
The laundry room is clean and staffs are polite.
Location is good, walking distant to Station and car rental. Also lots of eateries too.

Clean and tidy hotel, friendly service, perfect score 💯 great 👏🏻
It’s only 4-500 meters away from Wakkanai Station. It’s really convenient.
After checking out, we went to Kitamon Shrine ⛩️ Wakkanai Park and Bottei are very close to the hotel.

It’s very basic but so convenient near JR Rishiri station. It’s also near shops n restaurants hotel doesn’t have food facilities

This place is great! Price was more reasonable than some other spots nearby and the customer service is quite good for being a simple style hotel. The people at the front desk have variable English, some pretty descent, others limited. The Japanese style single room has a lot of space.
