Ambiance: A very Japanese-style hotel. The outdoor bath in the public bathhouse is excellent.
Service: The front desk staff didn't speak much English, and their attitude was a bit stiff. There was an additional charge for children, and the communication was problematic. The old man who checked me in kept trying to charge me in different ways, first saying it was for an extra bed, then calling it some other additional fee. Sigh.
Late-night noodles: Very good, could eat several bowls.
Breakfast was great, too.
I would recommend all my friends.
