The hotel is great but only 1 thing about the humidity level in the room. Appreciate if humidifiers to be provided in the room. Breakfast is awesome and view is super. Location is jz outside of JR STATION.

Hmmm the central aircon was too warm and it can’t really be adjusted. we’ve tried adjusted it to the lowest temperature but it’s still too warm

Due to a train delay, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff waited specifically for me and processed my check-in quickly, instead of making guests wait one by one. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Overall, I was quite satisfied. As for the room, it was very clean and had no strange odors. The room was spacious with high ceilings, which is a rare and significant advantage in Japan. Waking up to a vast ocean view in the morning was incredibly pleasant and comforting, beyond words.

The breakfast was good, with a seafood rice bowl, but the facilities are outdated. The toilet and bathtub feel like they're from the last century. Also, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; staying in room 804, I heard incredibly loud snoring from next door before bed, which was extremely annoying.

One of the best hotels in the most northern  part of Japan . Don’t have to worry about each meals.  and the scenery from Harborview room is good.

The hotel is very close to the station, just a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff kindly gave us a room on a higher floor. The hygiene was good, very clean, and the room was quite spacious with a great view. Breakfast was a bit average, it was a semi-buffet.

Very good experience with this hotel, their set up and the location is perfect and I can take photo with bambinos at the parking lot 👍🤩

A hotel is located not very far from the ferry and location itself is very quiet, if you would like to travel to other island this is very convenient for you. However Surfeel does not have any convenient shop for you to walk by (if you don’t have a car). The internet is quite slow and sometimes would disconnect itself, other than that it’s a very lovely hotel with great breakfast.
