Beauiful hotel at a good price. Quite but super convenient location. Enjoyed my stay here. Service desk very helpful and speak fluent English. Buffet breakfast was okay.

Nice Location, busy neighborhood but quiet in the room , not far from the train station ,nice staff , beautiful in side and outside decorations,
but unfortunately the furniture is old

Great hotel. Convenient to get around. Very close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and subway. Room is small but the bed is comfortable and the water pressure is great. But don't pay for the breakfast if it is not included with your room. The breakfast selection is limited and with the price you need to pay it is really not worth it at all.

Stayed 2 nights, very accessible to the Shinsaibashi area. Quiet, but was given a smoking room though I'm a non smoker. Clean, and helpful staff. Price on the higher side.

It’s close to station you can walk underground shopping arcade so no wet while raining. But you will be required one min walk from exit to the hotel. I thought that Trusty hotel group is very classic and authentic but this hotel has no EC card to open the door... Key is required... and the room is the same size as other business hotel. That was not worth paying. Breakfast was great!!! Many Veggie menu.

The location is just perfect. You can get around anywhere from the hotel. Staffs are overall nice and breakfast is good.

Booked a no-smoking room. Got a dusty room with poor ventilation. If you have allergies or asthma, I recommend not staying here.

The room was also dry, so I asked if I could borrow a humidifier. The person brought over a disgusting unwashed humidifier with stagnant water and MOULD inside of it. How is this acceptable by Japan's standards?

We stayed here for a few (5+) days too, it was not a 1-day booking or anything like that.

Breakfast is not worth it. Poor selection of food for a high price - just go outside and eat. Non-refundable breakfast vouchers, so do not buy them ahead of time.

The room is extremely old. The rooms use metal keys, not card keys. The bath tub looked ancient; the exterior was clean, but there was a huge gap and who-knows how much mould has been accumulating in there, with all the water going in.
