Extra good location near Dotonbori (5min walk). Lot of cafe, shops, money exchange, subway and railway stations, etc. Perfect for active travellers. Small rooms but it is normal for Japan. Strictly recomended! P.S. Request for quiet rooms during booking. Rooms in front part of building are noisy.

Booked this hotel because of its closeness to Shin Osaka station. And It was right choice! Very convenient to spend a night when you came to Osaka by plane and you need just to crash a bed. They also provide breakfast which is okay: eggs, bakery, potato salad, coffee, juice etc.

Everything was pretty good, and it's close to both the subway station and Tsutenkaku Tower. My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer in the hotel's public area is a bit old. Best bang for the buck. Don't expect for a luxury hotel. I took the cheapest room, the size of a bed and a smell table with a tv. The matress and the linen were clean. The room was relatively clean as well exept for the walls. The part I didn't like about this plaxe is that they allow anyone to smoke in their rooms and in the public places, (reception, kitchen, hall, staircase etc...)

Exactly as advertised. For 10 bucks a night I have a mattress and privacy. The room is simply a box, with a single powerpoint. There is no fan, no air-conditioning, so you either freeze or melt. But this is no hotel (ignoring the name), and it shouldn't live up to your expectations as a hotel.

Good option for coeliacs, it’s not easy to find gluten free options in Japan, particularly for breakfast, and the avocado toast was really good. The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The laundromat services were convenient and well-maintained. The spring water facilities on the 14th floor are a must-try if you’re staying—highly recommended. The sauna is properly heated, unlike some of the newer models. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
