Ask for a room that's not too affected by the noise of train tracks in the evenings and in the early morning. Despite having a room on the 13th floor, I got woken up by trains before 05:00. Earplugs may be a solution if you are not worried about missing your alarm in the morning.

Exactly as advertised. For 10 bucks a night I have a mattress and privacy. The room is simply a box, with a single powerpoint. There is no fan, no air-conditioning, so you either freeze or melt. But this is no hotel (ignoring the name), and it shouldn't live up to your expectations as a hotel.

There were also vending machines in some floors so it was really helpful when we forgot to buy drinks from the convenience store.
