Self check-in is required, and the room is a bit small. It was also quite hot when we first entered.

Staying at this hotel so many time. Overall is good especially for the location. I did not satisfy for the self laundry. Some people finished the cloth washing, but did not go to pick up their clothes. Therefore many people lined up outside laundry room. The front desk asked me to keep waiting for 60mins until those clothes were collected when I called them. I thought 60mins was unreasonable. Who knows...

All is good except the buffet breakfast. Food was cold and not delicious...go somewhere for breakfast as there are restaurants and cafes around.

Convenient hotel for quick shopping downstairs and lots of food choices around. The supermarket is a plus for grabs of titbits and snacks. Very crowded hotel with lobby always full of tourists. Amenities are generous with regular refills.

Solid and good hotel for the price! The reason for three stars is that there were mold visible on fittings in the bathroom. Other then that the hotel is up to the Apa standard of well run, wonderfully staffed and easy to use living accommodations for normal working people visiting or doing their job in Osaka.

Small clean rooms great if you don't plan being in them long

Service are great! And the location is best! However, 2 stars deducted from the room size and comminication for EN speaker is quite low . But overall recommended for those who stay for short term and close to hommachi station midosuji, Chou and blue line(forgot the name)

Perfectly situated. Train station was outside the hotel door, a 7/11 across the street as well as a Ramen bar directly across the street. It was so cozy and warm. The staff was amazing and I tried my first onsen here and it was so comfortable and clean. Highly recommend! Horrible photo but this was on my way back from the Ramen bar across the street. Conveniently located transport wise and has a helpful staff. From higher floors you can get a good city view but it comes with lot of traffic noise. Well this is city center... Small doubles are externally small. I’ve been to many such rooms traveling Japan with my wife and thought we are used to them being tiny, they are usually quite enough for our needs. But here you won’t even fit your luggage...

It really doesn't get much more convenient then this place. The train station is literally right outside the hotel and everything is pretty close. The restaurant on the 30th floor is also tasty. Highly recommend!

This hotel was conveniently located with wonderful breakfast and friendly helpful staff. The bath was luxurious and relaxing. Ask for a fluffy pillow and you won’t notice the room is a little small. 😉

Best hotel to stay for couple and best place to visit around the osaka and kyoto area.

The hotel was good except that the washroom was very small and tight. The beds were twin beds and there was not enough room to walk along the bed.

This hotel gives welcome drinks to all of your family and the staff is helpful and kind too . I’m just hoping that they will be aware about the smell inside our room . Regardless of that, I love to stay here again someday 👍😉

Very good location and convenient to go to Universal with lots of restaurants around. Buffer breakfast on 3/F is good. Buffer dinner on 32/F : more options can be provided, for example, sushi options. And refill can be quicker. But overall is good for this price. Hot spring is good with great view. there’s only one thing i wanna feedback is about this hotel they use centralised air conditioning. I’m travelling in early dec, that is only for heater… which we have to request to the hotel to open up the window for cold air to flow in - which mean the temperature is uncontrollable, is whether u have to open up narrower or wider of the window to decide and most likely you can’t get a ideal temperature...

We liked a lot the location - close to all the shops you might need. Our room was quiet small, for two beds and two futons. We enjoed our stay especially because of the breakfast. A wade range of dishes including vegetables, meats, fruits. A bit japanese style, a bit european style.

Very old school hotel, a bit cramped for 4 adults, but luckily, it was a short 3 nights stays. My parents complained that room lighting is too dark, and our room is facing the main road hence the sound of vehicles passing by the hotel was very loud especially at night - On our last night there, a group of bikers kept going round and round the same area making those acceleration sounds (on purpose)...

Location was next to subway and it works till midnşght. There is 7 eleven under hotel. Also starbucks is on the other side. Room was comfy and quiet for sleeping. Aircondition was very good. Location is a bit out of the way from midosuji line although it’s right infront of the yotsubashi line. abit of a hassle to reach umeda or namba directly. yotsubashi line does not stop right in the middle of the umeda station. you will have to walk abit. apart from than and a little amenities,this is a great choice for value and service.

Super good place to stay! Next to the subway and easy to go USJ. Hotel provides enough information and very helpful. Staffs are good, also they have auto translation system at the lobby to solve the issue of communication.

Other than it is one metro station away from Umeda/osaka station, everything else is rather average. Good for short stay, nothing much to short out. There is one metro station right infront of the hotel. It is around 3 station away from Namba.

It's a three-day quarantine, so it's a new building, so everything is clean, and the bed is high, so I'm very happy with it. The TV is big and modern. The duvet is comfortable. The deep tub is also great for taking a bath. Best of all, there was no noise. There are quite a few staff. Response is fast.

Lodging that is straightforward, clean and quiet! Awesome location. There's a handy Lawson's across the street with a late night atm. Very close to station, bars, nightlife. So, if you're out partying, you can retreat back to someplace nearby and quiet. Service is impeccable. By American standards, great for two pettite persons or one person. Great location in the funky fashion and food district. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and there's plenty of restaurants and lawsons opposite. Fantastic coffee is just opposite too. The hotel rooms are small but have everything you need. Washing machines are there too. All recommended.

Great location about 10 minutes walk to dotonbori and 15 minutes walk to Den Den town. Various train station nearby. Average size hotel room, my only complaint is the bed. It is quite hard, feels like I am sleeping on a cardboard.
