Hotels in center in Osaka

(Hankyu series) It is close to Osaka station but far from the ticket counters. This is inevitable because it is the largest station in western Japan, Osaka (Umeda station)

Superb location, right beside JR Osaka station.  Supermarket is at B1 floor, very convenient.  Facility is nice and clean.  For sure will book again.

The room is a bit small but the soundproofing is good. You can use your hotel room card to go directly to the supermarket downstairs

I wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast, though; there isn't much variety, no omelets, and the serving area gets very crowded

(Is it far if you make a mistake at the ticket counter?) I went to look for the sign for Grand Front or LUCUA. On the 2nd floor of Osaka station, take the connecting passage towards Yodobashi and they will tell you

Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, which is very friendly for tourists who don't speak Japanese

It's an older five-star hotel with a free shuttle service to the city center and it's right next to a subway station. The river in front of the hotel offers a nice view too

The hotel's facilities are decent, a bit dated but well-maintained. It's right above a subway station, but it's on a less central line

The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The design was thoughtful, and I especially loved the waterfall in the lobby. Sitting in the lobby bar, sipping a black tea with wagashi, was incredibly comfortable

It is a newly renovated hotel with long history. There are shops, restaurants and 7-11 within the hotel. There are science museum,art museum in walking distance and convention centre next door

The hotel's location is also great, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants right downstairs on B1 – perfect for snacks and meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient

Staffs were helpful and generous. Room typically small as Japan has limited space. Location is great but you have to use stair from train. that's the tough part if you have big luggage

Price is reasonable, compared to Location and service. APA changed a lot after COVID-19, mostly in a good way

Conpared to that, the room size seems to be smaller and there are not so much convenience facilities such as Family mart. However, still, the service including room cleaning is perfect. And, overall, the room is quiet

A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners

Small clean rooms great if you don't plan being in them long

It really doesn't get much more convenient then this place. The train station is literally right outside the hotel and everything is pretty close. The restaurant on the 30th floor is also tasty. Highly recommend!

Rooms are small, but have every amenity, and are well maintained. Has a breakfast buffet restaurant and some sort of traditional sauna too

Of all the accommodations I stayed at during this trip, this one is the most memorable. It had a bathroom and everything you need. Very good.

Overall, I am happy, I was ready to trade the room space for the good price, and there is no downside to it. Location, location, location!

Excellent location in the Umeda district. Right downstairs, you have JR, Umeda Department Store – everything is super convenient. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent

Plus, there's a large bus service nearby that goes to Kansai Airport, costing 1800 JPY for adults and 900 JPY for children, making it especially suitable for families with kids

You can't really compare it to hotels in China at the same price point, but compared to other Japanese hotels, the 25-square-meter twin room is quite spacious – big enough to open two large suitcases, and the twin beds can even be pushed together to make a king size

Room is clean and the hotel location is perfect! Service was very good and prompt too. Excellent hotel and I would definitely recommend everyone visiting Osaka!

Check-in is on the 19th floor, and all the rooms are on higher floors, offering great views. The room was very clean, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It was a really pleasant experience

The staff would ask about our preferred cleaning time and even provided useful skincare products. We accidentally left something behind in the hotel, and the front desk kept it safe for us to pick up the next day

They only clean your room every fourth day of your stay. The room is relatively small but has almost everything you need

Golden area of Umeda station. Bearby alsoOsaka station. Many shopping centers and resturaunts around.

Service was great, was able to deposit personal belongings and also to accept luggage delivery. In the room, bottles of water provided per pax and comes w kettle, charging pods, mini fridge etc

I'd highly recommend taking a taxi if it's your first time in Umeda and heading to this hotel! However, once we got our bearings, we realized the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Osaka Station is just 200 meters across the street! Hankyu Station and Umeda Station are also nearby

Within 500 meters, you'll find the Umeda shopping district: Hankyu Department Store, LUCUA, LUCUA 1100, Daimaru Department Store, Yodobashi Camera, and Hankyu Sanbangai are all in the vicinity – a shopper's paradise! The best part is the time-saving aspect; if you buy too much to carry, you can just drop it off at the hotel and head out again – plenty of time, haha

Coming from Tokyo, I thought I had the Shinkansen system down, but Osaka Station definitely taught me a lesson! I got lost as soon as I exited the subway, and we only found the hotel because my husband could read the map

This hotel is conveniently located in the Umeda business district, right next to Osaka Station, offering beautiful night views. During the day, you can walk to Nakanoshima, and if you're up for it, even to Osaka Castle

**Accommodation:** Since the price is a bit higher than the Shinsaibashi area, the rooms are also larger. This is the biggest hotel room I've stayed in Japan, and the accommodation was excellent and very clean

Excellent location, close to station with a short walk. Close distance to all the shopping and restaurants around. Only disappointment, there were people smoking in hallway on non-smoking floor.

The staff member helped us fill out the forms, and we just handed our luggage over to her. This made our travels much lighter the next day. We stayed here for four nights and it was very comfortable

Hygiene: The room was very clean. For guests staying multiple nights, a full cleaning is provided every three days; otherwise, they offer towel changes and trash bag replacement. Facilities: The decor is quite new

It was quite pleasant running and enjoying the scenery. The hotel offers a luggage forwarding service. On our fourth night, we brought our suitcases to the front desk to send them to our hotel in Kyoto

From there, we looked for Exit 18 of the Keihan Line, went up to ground level, spotted a 7-Eleven, and the hotel was right there. This area has a lot of office buildings, so it was quite quiet

The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly at night! The shower and toilet are combined. The toilet is a smart one with a heated seat, so it’s not cold when you use it. There’s also a bathtub for soaking

The front desk staff guided us through the self check-in process. We then picked up the disposable amenities we needed, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, facial cleanser, and lotion

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

5/5 Self-serve with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that one of the hot dishes was a bit cold. One small suggestion for improvement: The conditioner was very difficult to get out of the bottle

This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient

On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good

The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries

 Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle

Location is near to the Yodoyabashi metro station. Overall a really splendid experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka hotel

It is my first visit to this hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The hotel itself is very classic with different facilities. Location is very good and convenient. There is a convenient store in few minutes walk

A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help

The breakfast served different kind of food including the authentic Japanese breakfast items. Room is clean and well maintained. The view is overlooking the river so it is very nice

I actually think the hotel is great! It's not as small as some people say; my 24-inch suitcase could open up with room to spare. The best part is the location – it's right in the CBD, safe, clean, and not noisy at all

Clean rooms and amenities were provided at the lobby so just grab whatever you need. The staff was attentive and most of them could communicate in English. The breakfast was pretty good as well but ends early at 9:45

Coming from Umeda Station, you'll want to find the East Mall, then walk straight until you reach exit M10 of WHITY PLAZA Izumi Square

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and efficient with a quick check-in. We were given a room on the 11th floor, which was quiet and clean. The room size was decent, and they offer luggage storage

The first time can be a bit confusing because there are so many people, so make sure to look up for signs. Once you've done it once, it's easy to navigate, and there's an elevator exit

I have to praise their system here; they have a dedicated luggage room on the first floor where you can secure your bags with a combination lock from the rack. No need to keep a key, just remember your code

After arriving at JR Osaka Station, I followed the navigation and eventually reached the hotel after a right turn and a left turn through a shopping street. It's a quiet oasis nestled in a bustling area

I frequently stay at this hotel! The renovated rooms are great and very comfortable! It's also quiet! Perfect for a solo traveler! The front desk service is good too! A special shout-out to the breakfast – it's absolutely delicious! Eating a hearty breakfast and starting a beautiful day is a great choice! I recommend choosing a higher floor for excellent views!

Highly recommend Hotel Kansai for solo travelers! The best part is the easy access—you can use the underground Whity Umeda walk (Exit M14) to avoid the rain and crowds

Simple, clean, and perfectly situated for anyone who wants to spend their time exploring rather than commuting

In the new building, there is only one elevator and it’s very slow. That’s a minor issue, but the biggest problem by far is the Wi-Fi. It connects, disconnects for several minutes, comes back briefly, then drops again

You can hear sounds from outside at night, like music or drums, and the walls seem quite thin — I could hear people snoring in nearby rooms. I didn’t sleep terribly, but I did wake up three or four times each night

Had a good stay here and enjoyed the facilities. Excellent location - near the metro and train stations as well as airport limousine bus. Many shopping centres nearby too!

I spontaneously booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the airport shuttle, and I was pleasantly surprised! Here's some info for everyone: **Location:** It's super close to the airport shuttle (a 5-minute walk)

Location was decent, quite a walk to Kitte mall and Lucua mall but there is a route you can walk where you can get to Osaka station without steps (by taking the elevator at Breeze)

Hotel was decent, toilet was abit small. Room was spacious with a good amount of space between the bed and the wall sofa - can open 2 big luggages

Seriously, it's so convenient! There are plenty of food options nearby too, so you don't have to go far at all. 👍 **Amenities:** They offer complimentary coffee and drinks, afternoon tea, and an evening bar (all free!)

Exiting from Umeda Station, the West Exit is closer. This is my second time staying here. This room was a bit smaller, and there wasn't much space for two people's luggage, but it was fine for a one-night stopover

Take Exit C, turn right and go straight (don't enter the mall), cross the road, and you'll be at the hotel. The closest convenience store to the hotel is a 7-Eleven, which you'll see if you turn left after exiting C

Exit via the west exit of JR Osaka Station and walk for about 4 mins and you will be at the hotel. If taking airport limousine, alight at Herbis Osaka and walk for 4 minutes to arrive at the hotel

The location is absolutely fantastic, the hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. Even though it's close to the railway, for such a prime location in Umeda, the price is incredibly good, making it my top choice

The hotel's location is excellent. From the west exit of Osaka Station, turn right, walk straight, and cross a small road, and you're there. There's also an airport limousine bus stop nearby

What's more, getting to the airport is super convenient: turn right out of the hotel, walk one block, and then turn left to reach the first stop for the Kansai Airport Limousine Bus

Compared to other Japanese hotels, the room and bathroom are quite spacious. Having traveled to Japan over a dozen times, Hotel Hatonishiumeda is definitely my go-to hotel in Osaka

For how much we paid, this was OUTSTANDING value. Breakfast was simple but yummy, bath included a cold bath and sauna! The rooms were small though, but window view was quite decent where we were

First of all, it's too beautiful! It seems that it opened in June this year, but isn't it the most beautiful hotel in Nakanoshima? ! It is a 14-story building, and the interior is all wood-based, and the lighting is dark, so it was stylish and luxurious

Good experience at Welina Nakanoshima West hotel w convenient location and a Lawson right below the hotel. Do note that there’s no daily room cleaning service and no refilling of bottled water daily like most hotels do.

Excellent location! It's just one stop away from Umeda and three stops from Namba. The price is affordable, and the room is spacious and clean. There's even a public bath on the upper floor

Staying in the Superior King Room at Osaka Tokyu REI Hotel was truly excellent value for money! The location is super convenient, very close to Honmachi Station, and just a few minutes' walk to Shinsaibashi

The size wasn't small either; it didn't feel cramped with three of us staying there. For breakfast, I recommend going early as there's a queue if you go later. The variety was rich, and everything tasted good

Great hotel with spacious room and awesome amenities. Located in a really fancy part of Osaka so walking down the streets is kinda fun. Totally walkable to a lot of main city spots and train station nearby

Yet, it's surprisingly quiet at night despite being in a bustling area. The biggest surprise was how spacious the room was; there was plenty of space to open up two large suitcases without any trouble

The entire space is large and comfortable, which is really good for Osaka! Plus, I slept really well, and there's a Starbucks downstairs, so I had coffee after waking up. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel is a striking black building, quite prominent in Osaka, and even the bathrobes were black. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day, and they also provided us with W's special facial masks

Beautiful, stylish, with a great view from the upper floors. But the service is incredibly slow—both at check-in and at breakfast (there's a line there, actually).

When I told the front desk, they were dismissive, merely saying someone would come to collect it, without even an apology. Later, while we were out, they left two boxes of Pocky biscuits

They said they'd call me back after checking with room service, but the meal arrived and I never got a call back. It felt like they didn't care about their guests at all

Then, we went to the Living Room on the third floor for drinks, and the server was practically bowing to Caucasian guests, while being very dismissive towards us

Also, the suite's minibar is entirely chargeable, and there are no additional services. It really felt like I paid a hefty price just to rent the room itself

The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron

The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the subway, but it's great if you enjoy walking. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Very clean Environment: Good Service: Good

Although the room was small, it was practical and clean. The hot springs were comfortable, and the dining service was excellent. The complimentary drinks were a thoughtful touch, and express check-out was very convenient

This hotel is one of the best mid-price hotel we ever lived in Japan. You get to choose your own pillow, enjoy the free-flow drink bar as well as the onsen with the hotel

The room is decently clean, nothing to complaint about!

Getting into the hotel between 3 and 4pm was difficult because of check in being on the second floor and buses of guests arriving at that time

The hotel's location is truly excellent. We chose this hotel after traveling from Kyoto to Osaka. After getting off at Osaka Station, simply follow the signs for Kitashinchi and walk in that direction

The location is good surrounding with lots of resturant and shops. JR stations are also nearby. I ordered goods twice  from Amazon Japan delivered to hotel and the services were very good.

As you approach the end of the passage, you'll eventually spot Exit 43. Take the elevator up, and you'll see a drugstore

Not the hotels’ fault that I picked this location, most of the food and shopping we wanted was just a train ride away

All were using the lifts to get to reception, so we had to go somewhere else while the new arrivals checked in
