The room was very clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The design was thoughtful, and I especially loved the waterfall in the lobby. Sitting in the lobby bar, sipping a black tea with wagashi, was incredibly comfortable

It's disappointing that such a large hotel doesn't have a sauna.

The hotel's location is also great, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants right downstairs on B1 – perfect for snacks and meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

It is a newly renovated hotel with long history. There are shops, restaurants and 7-11 within the hotel. There are science museum,art museum in walking distance and convention centre next door

My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient

You'll need to transfer to another station, and it's an outside transfer, to reach popular areas. However, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to Umeda Station

Staffs were helpful and generous. Room typically small as Japan has limited space. Location is great but you have to use stair from train. that's the tough part if you have big luggage

Price is reasonable, compared to Location and service. APA changed a lot after COVID-19, mostly in a good way

Conpared to that, the room size seems to be smaller and there are not so much convenience facilities such as Family mart. However, still, the service including room cleaning is perfect. And, overall, the room is quiet

A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners

Rooms are small, but have every amenity, and are well maintained. Has a breakfast buffet restaurant and some sort of traditional sauna too

Overall, I am happy, I was ready to trade the room space for the good price, and there is no downside to it. Location, location, location!

Located just the at mouth of Higobashi metro station, a busy & big hotel. Reception area was relatively small but was efficiently managed by well trained & attentive staffs

Best hotel that I have stayed in Osaka. However, the closest JR station is about 8 mins walk. Other than that, everything else is good. BTW, the price on Saturdays is like 2-3 times more than weekdays

The hotel is much larger than other hotels. Nice and clean. The front desk staff can speak some English. The room is comparatively larger than other hotels', too. Highly recommend.

The room's soundproofing was so good I couldn't hear any noise 🤫, and waking up to the morning sun was incredibly refreshing 🌞. Checkout was super fast, no long waits ⌛

About 10minutes walk from Juso station (Hankyu Line) Exit West gate, there are a lot of restaurants nearby Juso station. There are convenience stores near to Hotel

The room types are very family-friendly, and there's even a handsome guy from Hong Kong at the front desk who speaks Chinese! The experience was just as amazing as Universal Studios itself, offering incredible value

Luckily we got upgrade our room. Kids were very excited to stay this hotel. Room was clean and well organized for stay comfortable. The view from room is also nice.

If you're visiting Universal Studios, Universal Tower Hotel is the top choice. No need to wake up early or worry about getting back late, the location is absolutely fantastic

The room size was good, larger than hotels in Tokyo, and could fit two suitcases with space to spare. The buffet breakfast was busy, and while the food variety wasn't extensive, the ingredients were fresh and tasty

It works great if you just need a quick place to sleep. Cons: ▪︎ no ability to control room temperature if you need it a little cooler. (You can open the window slightly but trains and people outside can be heard)

We stayed in April and it was 60s outside but somehow hot in our room so I think they turn the heat on when its slightly cooler outside and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it except crack a window

Rooms are pretty tight for space, so don't expect to sprawl out here. We were out most of the day so it was really a place to rest. It's location was awesome, to reach the major train station

Booked for three nights, and the front desk staff quietly upgraded my room upon check-in, which was a nice surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station and Kintetsu department store right downstairs

I'd highly recommend taking a taxi if it's your first time in Umeda and heading to this hotel! However, once we got our bearings, we realized the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Osaka Station is just 200 meters across the street! Hankyu Station and Umeda Station are also nearby

Within 500 meters, you'll find the Umeda shopping district: Hankyu Department Store, LUCUA, LUCUA 1100, Daimaru Department Store, Yodobashi Camera, and Hankyu Sanbangai are all in the vicinity – a shopper's paradise! The best part is the time-saving aspect; if you buy too much to carry, you can just drop it off at the hotel and head out again – plenty of time, haha

Coming from Tokyo, I thought I had the Shinkansen system down, but Osaka Station definitely taught me a lesson! I got lost as soon as I exited the subway, and we only found the hotel because my husband could read the map

This hotel is conveniently located in the Umeda business district, right next to Osaka Station, offering beautiful night views. During the day, you can walk to Nakanoshima, and if you're up for it, even to Osaka Castle

**Accommodation:** Since the price is a bit higher than the Shinsaibashi area, the rooms are also larger. This is the biggest hotel room I've stayed in Japan, and the accommodation was excellent and very clean

Excellent location, close to station with a short walk. Close distance to all the shopping and restaurants around. Only disappointment, there were people smoking in hallway on non-smoking floor.

I've read some reviews stating that the hotel is dirty, but we went here a couple years back and now and both times were very clean! The view was very nice, although we had the room with the view that we had not wanted

When we visit Osaka, we often choose the Swissôtel Nankai. It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for unparalleled convenience – everything from transport to shopping and dining is right at your doorstep

The front desk staff arranged for a room with an amazing view. The floor attendants were attentive and thoughtful. When it rained, the bell staff didn't hesitate to lend us an umbrella

Hotel is located at Namba station at 6F, easy to get around and save time to walk around in the cold winter day. Room is big and with simple toiletries (environmental friendly)

Despite that, it will likely still be our top choice for our next trip to Osaka. We hope it continues to improve!

Nice breakfast my kids like it so much, and can see the sun rise today morning, unbelievable and unforgettable. My room is a bit large with accommodate us comfortably. Breakfast has 6 types of ice creams, delicious

Really recommend this hotel, just walk across the road to Osaka castle. A lot of convinence stores nearby,Starbucks,Mc Donals and Metro staton,JR station. Breakfast is great with western and Japanese style

The service attitude was also great; as soon as a staff member saw me holding my luggage tag, they immediately came over to assist. The staff at breakfast were very enthusiastic when I went around 7 AM

By 8:50 AM, there was already a queue, so I recommend going early. I only had time to stay one night for this business trip, but I'll definitely come back for a longer stay next time

Room was very spacial and comfortable. Extremely convenient for guests attending event at Osaka-Jo Hall. Had room service takoyaki was delicious. Staff services were very thorough when checking in, from counter to room.

I checked out from candeo wakayama amd checked into candeo namba. Buttt the cleaning wasnt good! There were stains on the sofa. Somedays dirty towels that were put aside wasnt picked up

Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store and a bakery, making it super easy to grab food and essentials. There are also subway and JR stations nearby, so getting around is pretty convenient

Downstairs, there's a Family Mart, a pharmacy, fast food joints, and a large hot spring (which costs extra). We stayed for 5 nights and I'd love to bring my kids and wife next time

Nice place to stay with special price to Onsem . Three stop to USJ . Basement got Daiso and big supermarket. Around got many restaurants and shops.

Upgraded to a corner room which is really spacious! But the a/c is a little bit weird which can not cover the bathroom:( The actual location is a little bit far away from the downtown but since I’m here for HYROX which happened just across the road in INDEX Osaka so it can not be more convenient for me

When making my reservation, I noted that I would be staying with my four‑year‑old son. At check‑in, my son had fallen asleep, so while he sat in a chair, the staff kindly and clearly explained everything to me

That said, the experience quickly falls short of what is expected from an international 5-star hotel. The room had a large, modern TV, yet all streaming apps were blocked, leaving only Japanese terrestrial channels

The bathroom lighting was poorly designed and insufficient, making basic tasks such as shaving or applying makeup unnecessarily difficult. The indoor pool was the most disappointing aspect

While the hotel has strong visual appeal and comfortable rooms, key details and services are clearly lacking, resulting in an experience that does not justify its 5-star positioning

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

5/5 Self-serve with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that one of the hot dishes was a bit cold. One small suggestion for improvement: The conditioner was very difficult to get out of the bottle

On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good

It is my first visit to this hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The hotel itself is very classic with different facilities. Location is very good and convenient. There is a convenient store in few minutes walk

A five-star hotel that costs almost 2,000 a night, but no slippers? The bathrobe is so thin and cheap? There is no plug at the head of the bed? The stool in the room is broken like this? But I have to say that the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are complete, and there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool

Also, thank you for the assistance of Ms. Saki Kamada and she was very helpful to answer my questions before my arrival. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and it is recommended to come back again

A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help

The breakfast served different kind of food including the authentic Japanese breakfast items. Room is clean and well maintained. The view is overlooking the river so it is very nice

Worth for the price to pay. Good varieties of breakfast and public onsen to enjoy after a city walking tour.

Great place to stay and get around

Wide selection of Japanese and Western choices at hotel buffet breakfast - sashimi (salmon and tuna), miso soup, ramen, fried prawns, sukiyaki beef, fruits (pineapples, mangoes), breads, hotdogs, bacons etc

I ate too much (laughs) Before the breakfast place, I went to pick up food with a corona test and vinyl gloves, but I was able to take appropriate measures such as how to divide the food and how to take measures against corona at the table

I think it was from a hygienic point of view, but I was disappointed because I was worried about the smell of chlorine. The room clothes were also made of durable fabric and the slippers were thick and disposable

Room that we booked are quite spacious for 3 Adults with 2 medium luggage laying open on the floor. We are given a room on the 24th floor (highest floor) with a nice city view and part of the train track

I spontaneously booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the airport shuttle, and I was pleasantly surprised! Here's some info for everyone: **Location:** It's super close to the airport shuttle (a 5-minute walk)

Location was decent, quite a walk to Kitte mall and Lucua mall but there is a route you can walk where you can get to Osaka station without steps (by taking the elevator at Breeze)

Seriously, it's so convenient! There are plenty of food options nearby too, so you don't have to go far at all. 👍 **Amenities:** They offer complimentary coffee and drinks, afternoon tea, and an evening bar (all free!)

Exiting from Umeda Station, the West Exit is closer. This is my second time staying here. This room was a bit smaller, and there wasn't much space for two people's luggage, but it was fine for a one-night stopover

In the afternoon, there's a complimentary afternoon tea with rice crackers, juice, bacon, and sparkling wine. In the evening, you can also enjoy ochazuke. The rooftop hot spring is open until 1 AM

The hotel is a striking black building, quite prominent in Osaka, and even the bathrobes were black. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day, and they also provided us with W's special facial masks

Cool design, we stayed in a room with a city view. The cleaning is good, and the breakfast includes eggs, cheese, bread, and fruit. There is a large and stylish swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym.

My husband and I came to Osaka, Japan, for the third leg of our honeymoon shopping trip! We booked a Fantastic Suite at the W, and the location was superb – very close to Dotonbori, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient

The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron

This hotel is one of the best mid-price hotel we ever lived in Japan. You get to choose your own pillow, enjoy the free-flow drink bar as well as the onsen with the hotel

The receptionists were so nice, they all speak English very well. One of them,who wearing eye glasses was so kindly on our departure date. The hot springs were fantastic and the tornado beer is a must-try.
