well, i mistakenly choose the smoking room which made me feel very uncomfortable whole night. It's my fault, I don't blame, but the ventilation is sooooo bad that I could always smell the smoking from my next-door neighbor. Others were ok. If you don't mind it's a bit old and you would just stay for a night, this is a good choice.

Good value for money The hotel is located right in the city make is easy to travel around. The check-in process efficient, The bed was comfortable although the room was a bit small. Overall a nice place to stay

If you are going to visit Lake Biwa or Hikone Castle, staying at Reiah Hotel Otsu Ishiyama is very convenient for transportation and the price is much more affordable than hotels in Kyoto. The hotel breakfast is good and freshly ground coffee is available all day.

The room was very comfortable and large, and we were able to open our two 28-inch suitcases. It was great that we chose to live in Ishiyama this time. In the morning, we walked along the Seta River to Ishiyama Temple. The scenery was beautiful. The small town in Japan was very quiet and comfortable.

I stayed near their own factory, and although the facilities are old, they were dusty and hairy and in poor condition.
Other than that, it was normal.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from Ishiyama JR Station. It is also very convenient to eat around, with many choices. Although the hotel rooms are a bit small and the facilities are a bit old, the service attitude is good and the hotel is clean. There is free tea and coffee in the lobby, and cleaning supplies need to be picked up by yourself. Luggage storage is provided. In short, it is very convenient.

The hotel is near Ishiyama Station. It only takes two minutes to get to the station. It is particularly convenient to go to Mount Hiei and Ishiyama Temple. The hotel service is very good and the hygiene is absolutely clean.

I stayed here four nights I would consider it a budget hotel I enjoy this day and I would definitely stay again the rooms are a bit plain and like most Japanese hotels quite small but the location was pretty good and it was 2 minute walk to the subway with a very much like good restaurants around convenience stores and I thought the staff was very polite my room came with breakfast and I believe the breakfast buffet was very nice to others and might have been minimal but there was half food code futos porridge rice juices all kinds of stews and other things that I might not know what they were but I thought it was all very delicious. The staff was polite I will be back.

Smoking floor (3rd floor) was intensely saturated with old cig smoke. You could smell it in the hall let alone the room. However, the smell disappates eventually with open windows. Breakfast was small but very nice.
