Overlooking lake biwa room! From far you could also see the snow mountain ! You can walk around the lake in the morning!

Very good, the room was spacious with a pleasant view from the window. Personally, I felt the breakfast on the 36th floor was better than on the 37th.

Aside from its location by Lake Biwa, this is a very ordinary hotel with basically no service. The air conditioning was uncomfortable, either too cold or too dry. The windows were also dirty, making it hard to see the Lake Biwa scenery clearly.

The lakeside room is incomparable to general street view or building view hotels, giving guests the feeling of exceptional value. It is difficult to find such spacious rooms at the same price in other hotels in Japan. The facilities are clean, and the bathtub space is sufficient, all of which make guests feel comfortable.

This hotel is located right by the lake, offering fantastic views. There's a free shuttle bus to and from the subway station, which makes going out for food and shopping very convenient. It's especially handy if you're driving, as guest parking is free. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Definitely a top choice if you have a car.

Traveling to Kyoto with my family, choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Kyoto Station, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel's shuttle bus stop is right across the street from JR Station, with departures every half hour. It only takes a few minutes to reach the hotel. The decor is very stylish, but the bedding isn't great. The 'super king size bed' is actually two beds pushed together, and there's a big gap in the middle. We had to squeeze with our child on one side, which was really cramped. Plus, the bedding was too soft and offered no support, leaving me with a sore back for all three days of our stay.

Staff was very friendly and the room was quite clean. My only wish is that the Air Conditioning was a bit stronger. I am from the North and used to brutal winters. We like it cold.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and held our bags since we arrived in Kyoto before check in time. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station and several convenience stores. Only complaint was that the bathroom was on a steep step that was not labeled. My friend and I stumbled on it a couple times before getting used to it.

It was very clean, the staff were polite and pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
