Hotel Luna Otsu in Otsu

This Best Delight Group hotel is located in Otsu City.
It's a super-hot area with three hotels from the group.
This time, I stayed in Room 203.
There was ample space and a water server.
The sink and toilet seat were in the same space, but the bathtub was separate.
Because the bathtub was broken (it wouldn't fill with hot water), I received a 10% discount.
It seems there were several other rooms with this issue.
The shower worked without any problems.
While there are many rental items, be aware that they often sell out.
There are various member benefits unique to this group of hotels, so be sure to check.

I stayed in Room 501.
As expected of a top-ranked hotel, the room was very open, spacious, and comfortable.
They offered a welcome fruit service, bringing it to me pre-cut, which was very appreciated and delicious.
Cleaning is a bit meticulous... (But I wish they'd put more effort into maintaining those details.)
I enjoyed the steam sauna.
The open-air bath was also nice.
The bathroom exhaust fan was unusually loud, so I wish they'd improve it. (It was so loud I couldn't sleep at night if it was on.)
I also appreciate the flat rate on weekdays and late nights.

Thank you for letting me stay multiple nights. I stayed here for multiple nights. It feels a little old, but it was a very comfortable stay! The staff were also kind and welcoming, so I felt at ease!

A right laugh
The complemtary bath salt was a nice touch and the snacks. We had alot of fun and alot of laughs here.

I climbed the nearby rock climbing gym until 10:30 PM, and when I couldn't get an Uber and was about to miss the last bus, I asked the restaurant owner for help. Thanks to her, I finally managed to hail a taxi back to the station.

That was amazing!
