A very nice hotel. Tourists are very welcome. The lobby is clean, the staff are very friendly, and it's also close to the station and convenience stores. The thing I liked most was that the hotel provides free umbrellas during the rainy season. 😍

However, a word of caution regarding the male guards on duty at night: they smell strongly of cigarettes and don't speak English very well.

Overall, this is a decent hotel in the city center. I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I visit Namba Osaka.

This hotel has a fantastic location. It was my first time in Osaka, so I had a hard time deciding where to stay. I initially booked near Shinsaibashi, but then switched to a place near Namba Station because I thought it would be convenient for sightseeing. It was an excellent choice. It's a two-minute walk from Namba Station Square, and the rooms are quite spacious. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value. The proximity to Namba Station made shopping convenient, and Dotonbori was also nearby, exceeding my expectations.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Il Cuore Namba, and the staff deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism.

Due to an unexpected situation earlier in the day, we arrived feeling quite stressed. From the moment we explained our circumstances, the staff were immediately empathetic, calm, and solution-oriented. They took the time to listen, offered practical options right away, and made adjustments so that our booked night would not be wasted.

What stood out most was the genuine warmth and understanding shown throughout the interaction. Nothing felt transactional or dismissive — instead, we felt supported and reassured at a moment when it really mattered.

This level of thoughtful service made a significant difference to our experience and left us with a very positive impression of the hotel. We are truly grateful to the team and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend Hotel Il Cuore Namba to others.

Very nice hotel and good value for money. The staff is very nice and by Japanese standards the room was quite big.

You can easily drop your stuff here in the morning. Very convenient and efficient. The hotel is only a short walk from Namba as well as the river. But it‘s far away so you don’t hear all the buzz and noise.

The hotel itself looks old, but don't be fooled. It is extremely clean and spacious for a hotel in Namba. It is less than a 5-minute walk from Namba station which connects 3 subways and the direct line to the airport. Location is absolutely perfect! The bathroom is also spacious, with the bathtub. For 2 medium size luggage, we could not open both at the same time, but when closed, the room is spacious enough. Loved how seamless the check-in process was as well. Pillows, blankets, and bed were comfortable. Overall, really recommend this place.

Pros: Good price and great location.
Cons: I choose a non-smoking room and they gave me an smoking one without asking. Smell terrible all night. They say: we have to fullfill the hotel.

Strategically located near the train station and overnight bus station. It is also near Dohtonbori.
It has minimalist design that is pleasing to the eyes. You could leave your luggage after checkout without a charge. The lobby also has chess and jenga.
They could improve on the smell of cigarette smoke along the corridors in the rooms.

Nice quaint hotel on a quiet street just outside the Namba Shopping District in Osaka Chuo Ward.

Pros:
> Optimal Location, right next to Namba Train Station and within walking distance from Dotonbori, Kuromon Market and America Mura
> Affordable daily Breakfast option, 600 yen/pax for Japanese style buffet-breakfast (have to book one night before or it's double price)
> Vending machine on every floor with water/drinks
> Friendly and accommodating staff, most speak English & Chinese

Cons:
> Rooms are very small, typical of Japanese hotels. Had to sacrifice one bed to use as a place for bags and luggage, meaning two people had to sleep on one bed. May not be suitable for large sized families/people.
> Bed sheets will not be changed throughout the stay, for environmental purposes. Not really a problem, but if you do mess up, you'll have to wash it yourself at the hotel laundromat

Great location with a comfortable room
Location is great. The hotel located near Nankai Namba station for Kansai airport.The hotel..you can walk within 2mins from this station. Near Dotonbori,Shopping. Family mart near by.
