Don't mention this hotel anymore. Although small rooms are a common phenomenon in Japan, this room, although not small, makes you feel lucky to have only booked one night. You feel like you want to escape immediately. The bed springs creak when you lie down on it. There are no windows. The so-called front desk is really just a table. There is no water. I don't want to say more. Apart from the high room rate, there is nothing else good.

The hotel still has a slight musty smell, so better odor removal is needed, and there should be more cooking utensils in the kitchen area.

I stayed in Osaka for a few days and stayed in several hotels. This hotel was the worst. The facilities, hygiene and other aspects were very average. It would be at most a hostel in China, and the price is not cheap!

Good location in a quiet area. The mattress was a bit tough… but overall worth the price for the stay

It seems that the hotel was originally an apartment for single people. The smell of the bathroom was a bit bothersome, but it was bearable if you used soap and bath salts.

If you took Transit system, you should be easily to reach this hotel, it was the old apartment switch to Hotel business.

In here you will experience how Japanese apartment will look like, VERY TINY, carpet & floor are average clean, Bathroom is SMALL, the unit did have small kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds used too much space, if you have many luggages, this hotel might not be a good choice.

For long haul travel & land at Osake, reach this hotel was near midnight, as for 1 night sleep over, it DID worth your spending. But definitely NOT a good several nights stay choice!!

Deluxe twin room for 4 people is very comfort and have space for luggage in the room

Just a few walks to the Kintetsu Line. The cleanliness is not what i’ve expected on the first day some spots are left out. Great for people who needs to crash just for a night. Its a former apartment turned hotel by the owner. As for food, convenience stores is just a block away and some restaurants and fastfood chain is just around the corner. The people of Osaka are the most foreigner friendly compared to other prefecture
