HOTEL CoCoDe plus in Osaka

I liked this “hotel” quite a bit. Reasonably priced and fairly convenient to 3 lines (Kintetsu and 2 subway lines). Big rooms for the price; mainly because it is a converted apartment building. The only negative is that - while there is a front desk - there is rarely anyone there. You pick up the phone and they come. Pretty quickly, the longest I waited was maybe two minutes.

On the other hand, if you have a room full of women screaming and slamming into furniture next door to you at 1:30, help is not at hand. A couple “fist bumps”against the wall did the trick. Pro tip: tap the wall ps to find a hollow area. Some of them are solid concrete and (a) hurt like hell as well s (b) make no noise whatsoever.

One BIG plus about this hotel is that they change the towels and take out the trash daily. Many of the chain hotels in Japan no longer have that service!

The hotel still has a slight musty smell, so better odor removal is needed, and there should be more cooking utensils in the kitchen area.

Good location in a quiet area. The mattress was a bit tough… but overall worth the price for the stay

If you took Transit system, you should be easily to reach this hotel, it was the old apartment switch to Hotel business.

In here you will experience how Japanese apartment will look like, VERY TINY, carpet & floor are average clean, Bathroom is SMALL, the unit did have small kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds used too much space, if you have many luggages, this hotel might not be a good choice.

For long haul travel & land at Osake, reach this hotel was near midnight, as for 1 night sleep over, it DID worth your spending. But definitely NOT a good several nights stay choice!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, with convenient location. Very clean washroom and comfortable bed.

Comfortable bed. Location is ok. Near the metro and the bridge.

Deluxe twin room for 4 people is very comfort and have space for luggage in the room
