The hotel's location is convenient.

It's pretty good; I've stayed here many times. It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Every time I come here, I stay at this hotel. The only thing is that the decor is a bit old, and I hope they can renovate it soon.

Dirty ahh place. Staff was helpful, but that's the only good thing to be said about this hotel. Everything is old, outdated and dirty. Breakfast is abysmal, you will get tea, coffee, hard boiled eggs and a toast with gem/butter. That's all. Can't call it a breakfast really. They have only one washing and drying machine for 8 floor hotel. People are saying price is good, but I stayed at far better hotels...

It is conveniently located near Namba Station in Osaka. The place is clean and tidy, and although the space is a little small, it was comfortable enough for us as a couple. The building feels a bit old, but overall the price is fair for what it offers.

This hotel is located in a good central location. Not too far from dotonbori and denden town. Very close to both 24hr convenience store and Don Qijote store. The free breakfast is also a great deal that will help you save. Could use some new carpet but otherwise, no complaints.

Booked this hotel for a concert. The room was decent, and I loved the location. But the breakfast! It was seriously delicious!! (Just my personal taste, though). A comfortable stay with a reasonable price! Only a 10 minute taxi ride from Umeda station (JR Osaka). Very accessible! It was Saturday, so we didn’t have much choice in choosing a room. A double bed was a little too tight for a couple with a well built man, though.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and the place is very clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. They collected some of my parcels on my behalf. There is a supermarket right next door and the station is around 4-5 minutes away. Was very convenient for me.

Nice clean 1-room apartment with a small living room and kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet. Great for a comfortable staycation where train station is just a 3-min walk away. It's about a 30-min train ride with transfer away from the Osaka City centre. Hence fair price and indeed good value for money. This is a great space to stay. It’s a couple of short rides on the trains to get into Osaka, but it’s worth it because the accommodation is so good. Modern, clean and comfortable with so much room at an amazing price. Would stay here for the whole week!

Conveniently located to the World Expo and the Global Transportation. The accommodation is very cost-effective, there are food downstairs, and there is a large bath in the hotel. It is a little remote and not busy. But it is quiet, and the front desk can speak Chinese, which is very considerate.

The hotel was very clean, and I got a great deal at just over 300 yuan a night since I traveled during the off-season. Just remember that check-out is at 11 AM; they charge an hourly fee for late check-outs.

The room was very clean. There was a Chinese waiter at the front desk (I only stayed for 7 days, and she seemed to work the day shift, not sure if she worked the night shift). The disposable razor was on the left side of the front desk. The hotel is next to Esaka Station, which is very convenient for travel. Turn right when you leave the hotel and you will find FamilyMart and Luosong.

It was a good deal if you booked last minute and didn't mind amenities for the kids. Booking in advance these days isn't worth it.

I would recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget. The room have everything you need but nothing more. The breakfast was great. It was the best option compared to the pricy hotel on the Universal Walk.

It's cold having to use the washing machine outside. Ideally, a single drum-type all-in-one washer-dryer that completes both washing and drying in one go would be a huge convenience.

This hotel is very new and clean, with a breakfast restaurant and complimentary water on the ground floor. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and had a great variety. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage for free after check-out, which made it super convenient to do some last-minute sightseeing in Osaka before heading to the airport. This is my second review for this hotel. After a longer stay, i can conclude it is conveniently located next to the train station. There are grocery stores, shops, konbini and supermarkets very closeby. But the surrounding was not fancy, keep in mind. Lack a lot in amenities and breakfast can rotate. Overall, okay for the good price paid.

Honestly, the room was tiny, so small we couldn't even fit two suitcases. There was barely enough space to turn around. For the price, it's not good value compared to other places in the same category. However, the front desk staff were quite enthusiastic.

The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. Honestly, the only real upside to this hotel was how cheap it was, which is why I booked it over the Chinese New Year. They do have a dedicated women-only floor, and they're strict about not allowing other guests, especially men, to go up there, which is a nice safety feature for women. But if you're trying to have visitors, it's pretty inconvenient.

I really enjoy the Toyoko Inns, machine check-in is easy and the staff is there and very nice if needed.
