Good~

- front desk is awesome. Helped us with the lugger transfer service paperwork to transfer it to our Kyoto Hotel.
>>>>>>> Took 1 day to deliver it to Kyoto. (Our 3 luggages arrived in 2 separate time slots within the same day). CASH ONLY FOR LUGGAGE TRANSFER.

- free breakfast, has water station, ice station, and free amenities on the first floor.

- rooms are definitely small. We got a 2 twin-bed room. Had to lay my luggage on the bed to open it wide. That’s just Japan!

Great location, near mrt

I stayed there for 12 days, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were cleaned squeaky clean. The hotel was located conveniently for traveling both JR and subway. The room was normal size for this price but felt more spacious than it looked like. I was able to store a lot of staff under my bed. The breakfast was traditional, very filling and was rotating every day! Staff helped me to use laundry machines and send my luggage to the airport. Thank you for a magnificent stay!

The room was great with the excellent amenities. Near the station and easy to get arround. The staff was great. We got the breafast but since I am a Moslem I only eat the vegetables and miso soup and bread.

I really enjoy the Toyoko Inns, machine check-in is easy and the staff is there and very nice if needed. I appreciate a lot Osaka so any location has something nice around in my opinion, I found a nice okonomiyaki place around even though I arrived very late. The room itself is basic and you have everything needed.
