It was very close to Minami-Senri Station, which was convenient.
The room was equipped with the basic amenities.
There are few restaurants nearby that are open early in the morning, so I was grateful that they provided breakfast.
The hotel is conveniently located in front of the station, and it appears to house a hospital, pharmacy, cram school, and other tenants. The building itself is relatively old, and there is a particular smell inside the unit bathroom, but overall it is clean and there are no issues. Amenities such as combs and razors are available at extra cost, but I think it would be fine if they could reduce the...
It’s a nice place to stay the service was pretty good except the food was poor. Good for families looking to visit Osaka and the surrounding area. As the train station is only minutes away.
The location is close to metro, but very far from the city Center. Sofa bed is not comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Cleanliness is similar to other Japanese hotels. (Clean)
Right next to the station and close to a supermarket nearby
I ended up staying overnight at short notice and made a reservation.
The bed was comfortable.

Kansai region, Osaka, 2-chome-3-3 Osaka Tennoji Ward 🧭 Map
Not far from Tennoji PARK exit, about a five-minute walk. Coincidentally, you'll pass Horikoshi Shrine, famous for granting 'only one wish in a lifetime.' I'd always wanted to go, and this time I happened to pass by. The room was decent; I was in the first room right off the elevator, and it was quite spacious, enough to spread out my luggage. The women's public bath seemed to have a few hours of operation...
Had a fantastic stay! While the hotel is a bit of a walk from Tennoji Station, about 10 minutes, there's a slight uphill section that can be a bit challenging with luggage. However, the hotel itself is excellent. The room was much larger than a hotel I stayed at in Tokyo for 800 yen a night, with a comfortable bed and a desk. The bathroom was even slightly bigger than a standard one, and besides the...
The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean.
This hotel is very new and clean, with a breakfast restaurant and complimentary water on the ground floor. The location next to Tennoji Park is fantastic; it's just across the street from Shitennoji Temple. Getting to Tennoji Station is also very convenient, about an 8-minute walk straight down the road.
The hotel is pretty good. There are many convenience stores nearby, and the soundproofing is decent, so it was quiet enough for sleeping. If you walk a few hundred meters further, there's a large shopping mall with plenty of options for shopping and dining.
A small but fully-equipped hotel, it even has a public bath on the first floor. I've stayed at Smile Hotels before, so I chose this one. It's very close to the subway station and attractions, highly recommended!

Nice hotel and close to Shinsai Bashi just across the road , very convenient.
Facilities: A very classic Japanese hotel – compact, well-equipped, and highly integrated.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center, very close to several attractions and subway stations. It can get a bit noisy on weekend nights, but I'm such a deep sleeper it didn't bother me at all.
Service: The service was excellent, and the breakfast was...
Good location and room is very clean
Cosy small room with all necessary amenities available. Best of all is the smoking room, and free flow drinks from 2-11pm. Free flow alcohol from 2-7pm. Not forgetting the luggage locker available for guest usage so that you can use it before check in or after checkout
Vessel has always been the gold standard for breakfast, and this Vessel in Nagoya is no exception! They even offer Nagoya's famous unagi donburi (eel rice bowl) for breakfast, and it's a buffet! The breakfast spread is incredibly rich and diverse.
The king-size room was a bit small; I could only open one 28-inch suitcase. It would be a tight squeeze for two people. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, and the restaurant had about 40 seats.
Also, Ctrip's description mentioned Mandarin-speaking staff at the front desk, but I didn't encounter anyone who spoke Chinese during my three-day stay.

Cozy room, very convenient location
Self check in n collect the room key quickly. The buffet breakfast is ok n I can eat all fully. No room service is required. The hotel price is value.
Best location! Very near to the train station. Good food and good view.
You can always trust Toyoko Inn, they rarely go wrong. Cleanliness and comfort are guaranteed. The only minor issue is the limited number of power outlets.
I've stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent and convenient: it's about 600 meters from JR Shin-Osaka Station, which isn't too far. If you choose a hotel right next to the station, light sleepers might be bothered by train noise, but the Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka East Exit is very quiet. Shin-Osaka Station has Shinkansen lines, making inter-city travel quick and easy. There's a 24-hour supermarket...
If you taking public transport, will have to walk around 5-10mins. Overall is good.

Quite hotel and beside sakai station
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and had a great variety. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage for free after check-out, which made it super convenient to do some last-minute sightseeing in Osaka before heading to the airport. It's a huge plus for travelers!
This is my second review for this hotel. After a longer stay, i can conclude it is conveniently located next to the train station. There are grocery stores, shops, konbini and supermarkets very closeby. But the surrounding was not fancy, keep in mind. Lack a lot in amenities and breakfast can rotate. Overall, okay for the good price paid.
Not bad, pretty much like Toyoko Inn, but the room is a bit bigger. 👍
We had a good stay in the hotel.

Extremely convenient location, clean and tidy room, friendly and helpful staff and tasteful breakfast
I had a king size double room.
Bed is very big, mattress is not too thick. But good enough.
The door is relatively not well soundproof. Could hear people talking if they are loud.
But amazing location.
Good deal for last minute booking
In the middle of the city and convenient
very close to nankai namba station. Have free drinks in the lobby
Hotel feels abit old. On the aircon whole night but the room doesn't feels cold. Inform the reception and they got it done within a day! They have refreshements at the lobby. Smoking area available. Nearby family mart. Hotel provide luggage forward, min 2 days pick up! Location walking distance ~10mins to dotonbori & shinsaibashi
The location are just strategically placed near Shinsaibashi. Few minutes walk to the Dontuburi & shopping street. Is also very near the train station.
Overall the cleanliness and room are clean and comfortable for travellers ❤️

The service was bad , price are expensive we stay 3 night. Far from city centre.
Staff were excellent, even though we could not speak in English to check-in. Very helpful using a translation iPad!
Room was a good size and air conditioning worked well. We weren't disturbed by noises. There was a small breakfast service in the mornings. Was not too far from a train station and there was a nice little park nearby.
Also several konbini nearby
Just be careful if you use the laundry...
I really liked everything. It was clean. We had a great view from the window. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very nice.
It was a satisfying stay, close to the station and in a clean town. Access to the city is a little difficult, so I felt it was necessary to leave with plenty of time.
I stay 6 nights but breakfast 6days very superb very healthy very delicious very variety ,love it
The location is pretty decent for the price especially when is close to the station. The AC would sometimes turn itself so you may need to press it twice. Daily towel replacements is a plus.

Central to everything. Limousine bus from airport stops about 6 Minutes walking distance from hotel. Decent room size. In house laundry- perfect!!!
Good location, so many restaurants and shops around. Downside is the beds are tiny and uncomfortable.
This accommodation was excellent! The staff provided outstanding service, always polite and helpful. The location is perfect — close to major areas and train stations, making it easy to travel to other attractions.
The room had everything I needed, with full amenities including soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, comb, and a hair dryer. Housekeeping came every day to keep the room clean...
Good hotel to stay with this price, recommended to everyone who travel to Osaka. Walk distance to Don dotori. Food around are nice.
It's good location and easy to get around to shops or subway. However the hotel room is small with two suitcase, it has little room to move around for more than 1 person.
Breakfast is available but very basic, not the best I had compared to other hotels I stayed in Japan.
Overall it's not too bad for the price paid and short stay is ok.
The bathtub had many large, dirty stains, and the toilet water splashed out when flushed, making it feel very unsanitary. I booked a king room, but it was two twin beds pushed together, which was very annoying. The overall environment was quite nice. There was a Latina cleaning lady who was very beautiful.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I stay alone at Osaka because of the superb location and value for money. It’s close to train station, convenience store, SHINSAIBASAHI and walkable to Donki too. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed at that has a mini fridge that is actually cold enough to keep icecream cold and not melt! However this time I was slightly disappointed due to slight issues with cleanliness...
Great location, right across the street from Daimaru Department Store. It's also very close to the subway station and a supermarket.
Honestly, the room was tiny, so small we couldn't even fit two suitcases. There was barely enough space to turn around. For the price, it's not good value compared to other places in the same category. However, the front desk staff were quite enthusiastic.
The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. Honestly, the only real upside to this hotel was how cheap it was, which is why I booked it over the Chinese New Year. They do have a dedicated women-only floor, and they're strict about not allowing other guests, especially men, to go up there, which is a nice safety feature for women. But if you're trying to have visitors, it's pretty inconvenient.

Very good. It’s quite new, standard as per any biz hotel in japan. I would say much better than the APa chain. Onsen is nice too. Location pretty central if you heading to Osaka station or the biz area around. tons of food nearby.
The room was pretty standard, but having a hot spring bath available was amazing, especially after a long concert! Despite my flight delay, check-in was super quick. I saw the note about needing to request room cleaning in advance, which I think is perfectly fine if you're mindful of it. Plus, they were great about replacing towels and such if you hung them on the door, which is perfect for someone...

- front desk is awesome. Helped us with the lugger transfer service paperwork to transfer it to our Kyoto Hotel.
>>>>>>> Took 1 day to deliver it to Kyoto. (Our 3 luggages arrived in 2 separate time slots within the same day). CASH ONLY FOR LUGGAGE TRANSFER.
- free breakfast, has water station, ice station, and free amenities on the first floor.
- rooms are definitely small. We got a 2 twin-bed room...
The room was great with the excellent amenities. Near the station and easy to get arround. The staff was great. We got the breafast but since I am a Moslem I only eat the vegetables and miso soup and bread.
I really enjoy the Toyoko Inns, machine check-in is easy and the staff is there and very nice if needed. I appreciate a lot Osaka so any location has something nice around in my opinion, I found a nice okonomiyaki place around even though I arrived very late. The room itself is basic and you have everything needed.

The hotel is really good and receptionists are friendly and kind! The location is amazing, so you can go to Dotonobori by foot or by subway it's about 20 minutes. I recommend this hotel!
The room was very spacious for a solo traveller. I will definitely come back for toyoko inns.
The room was quite spacious for just me; I'm still not used to capsule hotel environments. The location is very convenient, and they offer self check-in and check-out, so not knowing Japanese or English wasn't an issue. Plus, the breakfast was great, with coffee, tea, and juice. One day I tried natto and couldn't get used to it, but the miso soup was delicious.
The hotel's location is good; it's not far from the subway station, about a ten-minute walk away. Although the hotel itself doesn't have large commercial facilities, the surrounding amenities are quite complete.

The main advantages are the price and its proximity to the train station; the facilities are decent. Breakfast is a buffet with a limited selection, but the coffee is quite good.

Like the spacious room and location is close to the MTR station. There are convenient stores nearby and the room is very clean and chic.
This beautiful hotel is clean and tidy, with all the essentials. The spacious and bright room is a real treat. Its excellent location near the metro station but also it is easy to reach all the main attractions on foot.
The only thing I didn’t like it was the air conditioning. Even though I’ve set the fan speed to high, after some time it will turn slow by itself. Not all staff greets you when you come in. Nonetheless, very cozy atmosphere and you can order bottled water for free, they will send to your room.
We were assigned to a room with small and opaque windows (“no view”) which was different from the advertisement and room that we signed up for. Be careful if you would like to stay in this hotel.
Excellent location near metro stations and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping and restaurants — great for sightseeing and food.

The hotel was located within walking distance to Namba station. It's on a side street off the main road. The room is comfortable with basic toiletries provided. The hotel also provides a welcome drink in the form of hot corn soup which was perfect for the cold weather. They also made available umbrellas for the guests' use on rainy days.
It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, and when I went in winter, it was nice and cool, so the walk didn't feel long at all. The room didn't have extra space to open a suitcase, but both beds were quite large. They provided a bag daily for used towels, but since I only stayed two days, I didn't need to change them.
Traveling solo, I initially booked two different room types. At check-in, I paid an extra 2000 yen to keep the same room for three nights, which was great. The room was clean, meeting my expectations, and they were able to accommodate my request to be further from the elevator. It's a pretty good option, especially considering its location in a residential area.

I stayed here for a friend's wedding!
There was a wide selection of amenities, including bath salts and face packs, and it was a lot of fun choosing five for each person! It was a little disappointing that the breakfast ran out so quickly, but the location was great and I was satisfied!
Starting from October 19th, welcome drinks of soft drinks have been served between 3:00 and 6:00. Many other Super Hotels also offer this service, so I think it's a group effort. Another good thing about this hotel is that they have curry rice for breakfast.
Perhaps because I chose the omakase course, the room and toilet were small. But that can't be helped since it's an omakase course.
