The location is very good. 20mins walk to Umeda area. The room and the services are typical APA standars. Unlike other APA hotels in Osaka, its very quiet. No car or motorbike noises.

The room is fully functional and close to the tram station. The breakfast is delicious, check-in is convenient, and there are not many foreign tourists. I don't know why I was given a room on the lower floor near the elevator. The payment method mainly relies on credit cards and cash. The hotel is small and neat. Just a bit too tiny to manoeuvre luggage if you’ve a big one. Staff are friendly and some of them are English speaking so no problem on communication. Much credit has to be given to the staff and management, as they accomodated us after a difficult night in a smoking room.
