Excellent value for money! The location is super convenient, just under a 15-minute walk to Takashimaya. I really appreciated the provided toiletries.
Nice stay here with KOKO hotels, nice hotel that I stay with.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. One of the best things about the location was the metro station and the comercials áreas near by and 7 eleven in front of the hotel
Nice place 3min walk from metro, rooms are typical of Japan, small but right for the price point. We enjoyed our stay.
Nice overall. I would have added bottled water. The drier didn’t work properly.
Location: 7/10* see note below
Amenities 9/10 (They close it in the day?) DHC 4-step facial care! Dental kit, cotton pads/buds, body towel, mouthwash, body sponge, comb, razor, 'Odashi sachet, tea
Spaciousness: 8/10 for the price point of a twin room, thus more than spacious enough for 1, got desk and writing equipment, TV.
Room cleanliness: 9.5/10 Only tiny amount of dust on table/remotes, no stains...

Nice dual room : twin beds really separated.
Clean. Great Atmosphere. Friendly Staff. Very central. Close to the metro station.
I was able to rest comfortably when I was really tired. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, so I was able to rest comfortably. The breakfast was also delicious.
It's very close to Shin-Osaka Station and the area is quiet. Otherwise, it's an average Japanese business hotel, acceptable.
I wonder why staffs welcome me even with check in machine. They asked me to use the machine but three staffs just looked at me and wait for me to finish. Breakfast is not really good. Just salty light one.
The room was nice and the location was close to the subway station, so it was convenient to take the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka. The downside was that you could hear the sound of trains entering and leaving the station, but it was fine for just one night.

Clean and quiet hotel. Classic businessman traveller style, like a Japanese holiday inn! Quaint rooms but comfortable with everything you need. Deep bathtub, free toiletries, slippers and good wifi. The ladies who make the free breakfast in the morning are super sweet and kind. I would book again!
Decent enough hotel room for a short stay.
Like others have said the free breakfast is the best part!
A cozy and comfortable stay, perfect for one or two people. Without a doubt, the Japanese hospitality stands out; each and everyone, especially the breakfast ladies staff, was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. Surprised this place isn’t rated higher; it truly deserves more recognition.
Highly recommended for the value we are getting for our money.!👌 😊
Breakfast is unbeatable like everybody says, the ladies serving the breakfast are very friendly, Onigiri is fresh and has a huge amount of filling.
I booked a non smoking room but my room has an ashtray. The whole room/ floor has a strong cigarette smell. I could smell it when other people light a cigarette in their room. If I were to stay here again I would make sure the whole floor is non smoking...
Service: Impeccable service. The breakfast was plentiful, and the soup was especially delicious.

This hotel was a really pleasant stay for 6 people. Had enough room for all our luggages on the floor, and the beds were nice and cosy for our stay! They also allowed baggage storage after we checked out. Will definitely want to come here again. Thanks guys!
Love this hotel and the ease of getting to dontobori on foot! Great location
Will definitely stay again
the room although small was great. It was able to fit 4 people comfortably. the location was also quite convenient to travel to many of the usual tourist spots.
Not too bad for a 2 star hotel but the rooms are very very small, especially if you select the 2 twin bed option which can fit up to 4 pax max. Looks big in picture but only 13sq m. Good enough for a 1 night stay. It comes with hot and cold water dispenser at Lobby. Friendly English speaking reception.
It was a good experience to stay in Kamon. The price is cheap, staffs are good. I'll definitely stay in Kamon next time
Great location and friendly staff. The room is a bit small, but considering the price, it's acceptable. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The location is super convenient! It's close to a subway station, and there are convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores right nearby. Plus, it's a pretty short walk to Shinsaibashi. The service was just okay, though.
For this price point and location, I'm extremely satisfied! The facilities are complete, and they even have a humidifier and a microwave, so you can heat up cold food. The hotel is quiet, but the elevator doesn't require a key card, so those concerned about safety might want to consider that. If I have the chance, I'd choose this place again next time! The hotel was good and I like their bento breakfast. However, they should have luggage storag. But still the stay was good
This was my second time staying here on a business trip from Tokyo to Osaka, and this experience was truly… hard to describe. During check-in, I used the self-service machine. Since it was an online booking, it wouldn't issue a receipt, but the screen showed an option to enter a name for the receipt. I decided to try it anyway and continued inputting the information. Room was smaller than expected and a bit dusty. Service was friendly but understaffed at times, waited 30 mins for towels. Unexpected Osaka tax on arrival. Overall felt quite transactional, especially the 1500 yen fee for a lost room key card.
Room is spacious for 4 people. No daily room cleaning but they do change towels daily. Within walking distance from Namba station
Staff were very friendly & welcomed us. We found the service staff attentive & good but the housekeeping has indeed been cutting corners : We pushed the twin beds together for our toddler to sleep in middle & realized there is a part of a toy, a lot of dust , plastic bag & paper bag under the beds from the previous room occupants (the housekeeping do not clean under beds).

will stay here again if have a chance :)
Pretty good, and the environment was pleasant.
The hotel is well located in downtown. Only minutes walk from Namba City Hall. So it is easy to take public transportations.
Since it is newly open, the facility is good. Not only the future but the bath rooms.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping and dining. The hotel's large bathroom is fantastic, and they provide POLA toiletries. There's also a guest lounge by the entrance with complimentary coffee and tea, where you can dine.
I like to stay here, staff is kind and spacious stay
A really cool place and atmosphere from a regular hotel. Staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean and has everything you need!
Absolutely fantastic! Great atmosphere, excellent service, and the large public bath was incredibly relaxing.
Absolutely incredible experience. The public bath and amenities was a wonder after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and spacious, all areas were clean. The staff were impossible to fault as they were polite and thoughtful on every opportunity. For the price of a hostel room this is service for a higher end hotel.
Best hostel service in my life. It's amazing that in the bathroom the hostel had everything including hair conditioner and face wash. It's also very pleasant that there was a smart toilet

Nice hotel, good breakfast, onsen is the best! Be prepared that the shower is on the first floor in the onsen and asses to it is at certain hours.
Location is very accessible from Shin Oosaka station. The breakfast choices exceed my expectation, with a very affordable optional charge, the food menu was great, roast beef and fruits were heaven ❤️The service exceeded my expectation. Enjoyed the ONSEN as well❤️
The location is great, but the unit bath in the room was old and inconvenient. I stayed in a smoking room, but I wish they would install an air purifier in the room.
A hotel that exceeded expectations, very clean, the entrance and lobby are unique, and the waiters are very polite. The Shinkansen is very close to the window, and the tram passing by is quite noisy, but the soundproof windows are very good. There are many convenience stores nearby. The hotel made a great first impression — everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was super convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away, making it easy to go shopping in Umeda.
The cleanliness was a major letdown. There was a surprising amount of dust everywhere. I typically like to do a quick wipe-down upon checking into a room, and I found thick layers of dust on the headboard, TV stand, and even the electric kettle's base. The photo I took was actually after I'd already started cleaning. Guests are also required to wear slippers inside the room.

My first impression upon entering the room was that it was surprisingly spacious, even though it was a single room. 😊 It was on the 7th floor, with a great view, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. 😃 The front desk staff, both male and female, were extremely helpful. Thank you for carefully directing me to the bathroom and dining areas. 😊
I'd definitely stay at this hotel again. 😄
A small room. Bed is called a half double. Warning...not enough room for two, plus the mattress is hard as a rock. I wasn't pleased to be charged as a double room , when I came alone, plus online, found a singles price. The bathrm, though small, is good. Deep bath. Great shower pressure. Polite service, though only Japanese spoken. I think it's an acceptable room , overall.
A standard hotel in Sakai City. Clean enough, large bed, I like the spacious bathroom with no steps at the entrance. Inexpensive price sufficiently good enough.
Car parking lot is available but only for a few cars. There is a lot of local Izakaya bars in the area, love them.
It is standard for business hotels these days to have Wi-Fi, and I could use Wi-Fi here as well, but I could hardly connect due to the poor location of the room. There was also a signal from the main building, but both were at their weakest. I can hardly watch youtube either. Everything else is normal.
The shaving amenity is not provided in the room, so you will need to choose from the available options...
There are several coin parking lots near the station, so it's a good place to stay.
However, since it faces the main road, it is noisy when loud cars pass by at night.
When I made the reservation, I specified the number of adults and children as usual, but it turned out that I was only booking for one adult. I always book through this site, so it was cheaper, and I was very disappointed. The hotel's response was very good.

Good location next to Aquarium.
Abit far from nearest mrt. Around 15-20mins walk under hot sun no shelter.

LOVE the hotel, amazing location, amazing staff, amazing amenities! There is a free bar every night from 5-9pm and you can mix your own drinks, free coffee and tea at the reception too. The property had all the amenities you'd need, and it was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the station. The train noise wasn't a problem. The room smelled a bit moldy, probably due to the air conditioning, and it felt quite humid. It was cheap, so I'm happy with it.
Based on my past experiences with hotels in Shin-Imamiya, I had zero expectations, but it was better than I expected. The front desk staff were very polite, and the entrance was clean.
It wasn't raining, so I didn't need one, but they apparently offered umbrella rentals.
The lobby also had tables and chairs that looked like they could be used for business, a microwave, a gas stove, vending machines...
The man at the front desk is so rude! He talks to me like a regular customer and says I'm disgusting. I don't understand what he means! He talks to foreigners in a harsher tone and is rude.
The location is pretty good, right next to the subway station. The price is very cheap, making it great value for solo travelers. However, cleaning isn't done proactively; you need to contact the front desk before 10 AM. The surrounding area is a bit chaotic, with an izakaya (Japanese pub) street nearby; I suggest avoiding that street.
I booked a basic room and good enough for an overnight stay. There’s a free toiletries provided by the hotel. Location is close to a metro, surrounded with small restaurant and convenience store. There’s also a big Don Quijote that’s walking distance from the hotel.
The room is small but well-equipped. Even a 28-inch suitcase can be perfectly unfolded, and there is enough space!
The hotel is in a very good location, very close to JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Metro Zoo Station. There is also a Don Quijote flagship store nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The counter staff is also very friendly. It is definitely the first choice for accommodation
