The room felt a bit dated, characteristic of an older, established hotel. On the day of my stay, I noticed many Japanese guests checking in. It's a very standard Japanese-style hotel. There's enough room to comfortably open two suitcases, making it ideal for one or two people.

It is located next to a large river, so it is good for taking a walk in the evening, and it is also close to Umeda Station, so it is easy to access. During my three-night stay, we experienced no hot water for showers on two evenings, and even a complete water outage at times. To make matters worse, it was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel that couldn't store guests' luggage on check-out day. Compared to other hotels with similar rooms, Toyoko Inn has a design and service that is tailored to the needs of its customers, and although I stayed at other hotels this time, I still feel that Toyoko Inn is the best.

TOHO HOTEL location is fantastic accessible to 3 subway stations, direct train to Kansai Airport. Walking distance to Osaka Shinsekai/Tsutenkaku.
