Extremely convenient location, clean and tidy room, friendly and helpful staff and tasteful breakfast

I had a king size double room.
Bed is very big, mattress is not too thick. But good enough.
The door is relatively not well soundproof. Could hear people talking if they are loud.
But amazing location.
Good deal for last minute booking

Hotel feels abit old. On the aircon whole night but the room doesn't feels cold. Inform the reception and they got it done within a day! They have refreshements at the lobby. Smoking area available. Nearby family mart. Hotel provide luggage forward, min 2 days pick up! Location walking distance ~10mins to dotonbori & shinsaibashi

The location are just strategically placed near Shinsaibashi. Few minutes walk to the Dontuburi & shopping street. Is also very near the train station.
Overall the cleanliness and room are clean and comfortable for travellers ❤️

The location is excellent, very close to Shinsaibashi. The room was also quite spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel. The only slight drawback was the air conditioning unit's excessive noise. Even on its lowest setting, it was still very loud, to the point that even my child, who usually sleeps through anything, found it too disruptive.

We booked a connecting room, but the air conditioning wasn't great and the room was quite warm. The hotel's only redeeming quality is its fairly central location. The front desk staff's attitude was mediocre, and to top it off, they assigned us a room right by the elevator.

The location of Karaksa Hotel Osaka Namba is unbeatable, just a few steps from Namba Station and Shinsaibashi, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel boasts a modern, minimalist design. While the rooms aren't huge, they are thoughtfully laid out and feature brand-new, comprehensive amenities (the only minor flaw being a slightly low table). The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and their ability to communicate in Chinese was a great plus. What truly impressed us was the complimentary cold beverages and snacks provided by the hotel – a thoughtful and economical perk that offered excellent value for money. It's definitely an ideal base that we would choose again.

Excellent, I'm very pleased. The location is also fantastic, and the complimentary amenities provided were of good quality.
