The only minor inconvenience is that it's right next to a flyover. Everything else was great.

The hotel is really good and receptionists are friendly and kind! The location is amazing, so you can go to Dotonobori by foot or by subway it's about 20 minutes. I recommend this hotel!

The room was very spacious for a solo traveller. I will definitely come back for toyoko inns.

The room was quite spacious for just me; I'm still not used to capsule hotel environments. The location is very convenient, and they offer self check-in and check-out, so not knowing Japanese or English wasn't an issue. Plus, the breakfast was great, with coffee, tea, and juice. One day I tried natto and couldn't get used to it, but the miso soup was delicious.

The hotel's location is good; it's not far from the subway station, about a ten-minute walk away. Although the hotel itself doesn't have large commercial facilities, the surrounding amenities are quite complete.

The hotel was sat about 5 minutes on foot from subway stations. Room was basic, with poor sound proof. I could hear every single little noise from the other rooms loudly. WiFi was slow. Hotel entrance was small and easy to be missed. Breakfast was simple but somehow I found it was good.
Staff could speak very little English, and unfortunately, they were failed to show the Japanese omotenashi. While everyone could check in at 3pm, I was told to wait until 4pm because the cleaning wasn't completed no matter how I looked like a zombie (as I arrived at 6am). Even 3.58pm check in was accepted. Neither water or WiFi password was offered to me so I could watch movie to kill the long waiting time. Such a disappointment!
