A lazy person will hate the location. I loved sincce it was near the castle and garden. Some killer local bars and food nearby.

The floor cleaning was terrible!
There was a lot of trash on the carpet and the bottom of the desk was covered in dust!
If there is an affiliated parking lot, you should make a note of it in advance!
I parked in the parking lot in front of the hotel and incurred unnecessary expenses.
The bathroom drainage was terrible! Room 401!
I don't think I'll use this hotel again!

There was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient, but it was a little far from the station, which was inconvenient.

It's very convenient and clean because it's in the city center. The staff are also friendly. Highly recommended for those coming to Wakayama.

For 1 night and location this is a great deal. Staff were friendly! I loved how there was tea available.
Compared to other smoking room in APA hotels, it wasn't as cleaned and still smelled of smoke. The sheets and bathroom were clean.

overall the room was good just the floor seemed a little unclean but the bathroom was very clean.
though there is no free parking available you can get a ticket of 20 hour parking for 800 jpy.

The hotel location s little far from Wakayama station or Wakayamashi station. Castle is much closer. The hotel staffs are well behaved but unfortunately the hotel room was terribly dirty. The floor was full with dirt. On the chair there was left over ornament of previous user. Over the pilow there was hair. The bathroom was nicely clean.

2 years ago, it was terrible....the room was cramped and the bathroom was covered with mold because of the moisture.
But! The hotel has been renovated since then! Now I can sleep well here tonight. Thank you.
