The hot spring is really big, and you can enjoy both the upstairs and downstairs pools for free. There's a shuttle bus to Sannomiya Station. The room views are absolutely stunning, perfect for couples. Breakfast was just okay, but overall, it's a great stay.

We love this hotel very much. We want to try ryokan but scare to get the old and dirty one, this is the right choice for us, room was very clean, big & modern. Staffs were friendly and tried their best to communicate in English, which we appreciate it very much. It is a resort hotel, of course it has the resort fee charge like everywhere worldwide, I don't understand why some guess complain about it.

Location is good for view, but better stay if you are driving.
Rooms are very spacious.
Front desk service when check in was not too friendly
In room mini fridge is those that detects usage and pay, leaving no room to store personal drinks

I love the onsen with it, which are at two different floors in the hotel, on at the rooftop, another at the middle.
