What is there not to LOVE about this hotel? Perfect location for walking distance to shopping, dining, and public transportation that takes you everywhere. The bus between this hotel and KIX makes it a convenient location for travelers. The hotel was clean, professionally maintained, offered plentiful amenities, and supported multiple languages for travelers. I absolutely will stay here again!! Kobe has become a new favorite city with so much to offer mixing the new and old, and offering tons of options for outdoors if anyone wants to be a little adventurous and explore past the city.

room was abit small , not much space for luggages , location is good and hotel is clean, next to hotel has a car park , morning is expensive , after 8pm is 1000yen

Fantastic location, and the front desk offers a great selection of toiletries. My only minor complaint is that the hallway was a bit narrow when opening my suitcase. Otherwise, no real downsides. It's also great value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan, and it exceeded my expectations. It offered great value for money, and the surrounding transportation was incredibly convenient. The location was very easy to find, with a shopping street just across the road and plenty of good food options nearby. Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Service: Great service! You can even order room service, like the BBQ pork rice.

Amenities: Very comprehensive, everything you'd typically want in a room is there. It's also super close to the convention center, so you can easily walk there and back.

Cleanliness: The comforter had a slight oily smell, hmm, but it's acceptable. Overall, it's a pretty good value for money hotel.

Highly recommend the Daiwa Roynet Kobe-Sannomiya! The hotel is brand new and spotless. The twin room was spacious, and the beds could be combined, offering excellent value for comfort. The surrounding city architecture is stunning, making it a much more pleasant stay than being right in the bustling Sannomiya Station area.

Pretty good, and the location is super convenient, right near Sannomiya Station. Unlike other Roynet Hotels, this one doesn't have a convenience store downstairs, but there's a Lawson very close by, so it's not a big issue.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. As for the room, it's compact and well-designed, typical of Japanese hotels – small but has everything you need. Overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

I have to give this a good review; it's excellent value for money and the front desk staff and other service personnel were all very enthusiastic, leaving me with a fantastic impression of Kobe. The location is also great. I stayed for three days and explored the surrounding area, and it still felt very convenient here. I often popped over to Daimaru for a browse, haha. P.S. the taiyaki from that shop near the hotel in Sannomiya is absolutely delicious!
