What is there not to LOVE about this hotel? Perfect location for walking distance to shopping, dining, and public transportation that takes you everywhere. The bus between this hotel and KIX makes it a convenient location for travelers. The hotel was clean, professionally maintained, offered plentiful amenities, and supported multiple languages for travelers. I absolutely will stay here again!! Kobe has become a new favorite city with so much to offer mixing the new and old, and offering tons of options for outdoors if anyone wants to be a little adventurous and explore past the city.

room was abit small , not much space for luggages , location is good and hotel is clean, next to hotel has a car park , morning is expensive , after 8pm is 1000yen

Fantastic location, and the front desk offers a great selection of toiletries. My only minor complaint is that the hallway was a bit narrow when opening my suitcase. Otherwise, no real downsides. It's also great value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan, and it exceeded my expectations. It offered great value for money, and the surrounding transportation was incredibly convenient. The location was very easy to find, with a shopping street just across the road and plenty of good food options nearby. Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was a huge plus. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Service: Great service! You can even order room service, like the BBQ pork rice.
Amenities: Very comprehensive, everything you'd typically want in a room is there. It's also super close to the convention center, so you can easily walk there and back.
Cleanliness: The comforter had a slight oily smell, hmm, but it's acceptable. Overall, it's a pretty good value for money hotel.

Highly recommend the Daiwa Roynet Kobe-Sannomiya! The hotel is brand new and spotless. The twin room was spacious, and the beds could be combined, offering excellent value for comfort. The surrounding city architecture is stunning, making it a much more pleasant stay than being right in the bustling Sannomiya Station area.

Pretty good, and the location is super convenient, right near Sannomiya Station. Unlike other Roynet Hotels, this one doesn't have a convenience store downstairs, but there's a Lawson very close by, so it's not a big issue.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. As for the room, it's compact and well-designed, typical of Japanese hotels – small but has everything you need. Overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

I have to give this a good review; it's excellent value for money and the front desk staff and other service personnel were all very enthusiastic, leaving me with a fantastic impression of Kobe. The location is also great. I stayed for three days and explored the surrounding area, and it still felt very convenient here. I often popped over to Daimaru for a browse, haha. P.S. the taiyaki from that shop near the hotel in Sannomiya is absolutely delicious!

New hotel also, we got a very small room, so 2 people with 2 suit cases, you cannot open them at the same time, nice bathroom, nice amenities, ok for 1-2 night stay also nice working desk setup

Stayed for 1 night in Deluxe room (since this is the room allowing more than 2 persons). I personally liked the room’s interior design. Room “hallway” from the entrance door to the beds is narrow, but you’ll have most of the amenities you need (some like comb, cotton buds, etc. you need to get from the “cabinet” near the front desk/elevator; while water bottles- you have to ask from the front desk staff)
Toilet & bath are separate. Bed is firm, with 1 hard & 1 soft pillows for each bed. Check the drawers for the drinking cups & water boiler. There is not much of a view outside the room given its location.. but there is a Don Quijote store right in front of the hotel so it is convenient when you need to buy anything. All in all, a decent place to rest after traveling around Kobe the whole day.

Modern hotel, friendly staff. Comfortable room. Great addition with Smart TVs inside the rooms, giving you the chance to watch YouTube, Netflix and Amazon prime video in your room.

Form over function....Rooms are good. But breakfast is a pretty plate of leaves and a croissant...Maybe enough for your pet rabbit but I was starving an hour later..

I have been to four Royal Parks so far and the staff have generally been good.
Not all of them are expert , but they are attentive to their guests.
I prefer the colour scheme of the room in Osaka Canvas , but the chair and desk in the room are exactly the right size for work.
The open lounge or café area on the ground floor is just casual, but the selection of drinks is very satisfactory.
I don't have to tell you, you must drink the tea that any other Royal Parks hotels don't have.
