Ave Tennoji Hotel in Osaka

Everything fine, accept of the cleaning period.
They said to me i habe to leaf my doom in the time of cleaning. That was from 11:00 till 14:00.
I didn‘t accept. After a discuss they allowed me to be on my dorm whenever i want to.

Everything was very good, you have access to the subway very easily. I highly recommend.

Great location right next to Tennoji station. Very well worth every penny.

Right outside Tennōji station makes its super easy to get around Osaka.  The rooms are a bit small but nice and the top floor public bath is a huge plus

I had a very pleasant stay at this capsule hotel. The building looks a bit old but it’s actually well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel is surprisingly well equipped: there is even a sento and a sauna, which is amazing considering the reasonable price.
Inside the capsules, there are only USB-A ports, but if you have a regular charger with a plug, you can go to the relaxation room on the 9th floor, where you can charge your laptop or phone while enjoying the food you bought.
There are also standard rooms available, but since I was traveling alone, I chose a capsule.
The security is excellent, especially for women: there are access codes everywhere, which makes the place feel very safe.
A small downside: in the capsule area, there is an electrical device that the cleaning staff seems to never move, because there is a lot of dust behind it. It’s a pity, since everything else is spotless.
Overall, this capsule hotel is very well equipped and enjoyable. I definitely recommend it!

Although a bit dated, everything else was great. The location is excellent – just a quick right turn after exiting the JR station and you're at the hotel. The public bath facilities offer both hot and cold onsen (hot springs) and a sauna. Cleanliness was also quite good.

Although I arrived a little past 10 PM, the front desk staff were very polite and accommodating. Due to time constraints, I opted for the in-room shower instead of the communal bath. While the shower was a bit small, I understood and didn't mind, considering my late arrival.

The facilities are excellent. I arrived past 11 PM and was greeted by staff at the front desk, though it becomes unstaffed after midnight. The cleanliness was impeccable; it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They offer check-in instructions in multiple languages and provide luggage storage. It offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

It was very good overall. We had a bit of a communication mix-up regarding the cleaning service and weren't able to get it done, but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Good for the price, rooms aren’t serviced so no replacement towels or tea, window looks into a stairwell with a light on which comes through under curtains but you get what you pay for, pretty cheap compared to other places in Japan and excellent location right next to Tennoji station
