Breakfast for children is xpensive ...food varieties are not sufficient......in online booking it was 800 but they charge me 1700 for elementry school child..

If you're a solo traveler whose basic requirement is cleanliness, this place definitely falls short compared to the Dormy Inn next door. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well at all, and the duvet was just a single sheet covering it.

Nothing special, nice hotel, but the bathroom looks more dated and yellow than in the photo, kids were screaming in the hallway and disturbing our rest and no one did anything about it

It's close to Soga station, but it's away from Chiba so can't say it is very good location.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
