It was a great time to stay here. Location is so convenience, room a bit small but comfy enogh for 1 person. Highly recommended!

This hotel is right above a subway station, which is super convenient for getting around. However, for this Kanto trip, several hotels, including this one, used self-service check-in kiosks, which I found a bit inconvenient and lacking a personal touch. Last year, all the hotels in the Kanto region had manual check-ins, which felt much better. The picture is of the Hoki Museum in Chiba, which was also the reason I stayed here for a night.

I had an overnight layover in Chiba as I was catching a connecting flight from Narita Airport the next day. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station. The service was excellent, and the room was spotless. It only took a few minutes to get to the station even when I was rushing for my morning train.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to train stations and nearby malls. The room is spacious and comes with complete amenities. I also appreciated the quality coffee drip and other provided items.

The hotel does show some signs of age, particularly with the carpet, but it doesn’t feel musty. One area for improvement would be more thorough cleaning in the corners of the tub and sink.

Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely worth considering.

Btw, they have great staff, too.

The hotel was very clean, and there were convenience stores and arcades nearby. The subway station was also very close, making transportation very convenient. It's self-check-in, so you don't have to worry if you don't speak Japanese, and there's also a laundry room.

I have been to this hotel 3 times now and I like the location and also close proximity to shopping places. The room is not really big but good enough. The service is good too! There is direct train to Narita and also direct bus to Haeda airport as well.

Definitely cant find another hotel that is less than sgd 100 and so conveniently located right next to station (linked). Spacious, comfy, clean and convenient. Enough said.

The apartment is small and the renovation is a bit old. The location is convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores downstairs.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Chiba station. Self check-in is also quite friendly as well

The lobby of Hotel Sunroute Chiba has self-check-in. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. There's a supermarket downstairs, a subway station, and the Sogo shopping center nearby, making it super convenient for shopping and traveling to Tokyo. Next time I'm in Chiba, I'll definitely choose Hotel Sunroute Chiba again.
