Room was very clean and had adjustable beds and lights. Was very simple to log into Netflix account to watch on projector and Level 10 Rooftop lounge had a wide variety of free beverages and a nice view.

The atmosphere was great as you could see the Minato Mirai Ferris wheel.

The location is quite convenient, close to both Keikyu Tsurumi and JR Tsurumi stations. The elevator is a bit old, and only one was operational during my stay, but it should be repaired or replaced soon. The in-room facilities are generally outdated, especially the bathroom. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can clearly hear cleaning noises from outside during the day.

The room matches the pictures online. Even though it seems clean, the rugs and walls could use a deep clean or even be renewed. The room had its own microwave, which is very convenient. Overall it was absolutely ok for one night.

The place was incredibly cheap and surprisingly spacious. It uses a traditional key. It's a bit of a walk from the station. I even checked out an hour late and wasn't called or charged. While I'm not advocating for this, I personally found their flexibility and understanding very convenient.

The rice balls for breakfast were delicious. I ate three! The room was clean, and I got a variety of amenities in the lounge. I was able to relax before the concert, and Chinatown was literally just one minute away. I'd definitely like to return to this hotel.

I stayed for two nights, and the menu was different on both days, and the food was delicious. The people who cooked the food also greeted me with good mornings, and I naturally said thank you for the meal. However, the sound of the JR trains was a bit annoying.

Excellent location for a 3 star hotel, well priced and offering additional facilities like free breakfast and happy hour of alcoholic drinks. Japanese communal bath (Sento) on site is smallish and shared between men and women on different hours of the day. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive.

Although it's old, it's okay to sleep alone. However, the system of prepayment and then paying on site is inconvenient... They say they'll refund your prepayment when you check out, but it doesn't happen right away, so it's a bit much.

I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. I advise not to book breakfast...

Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?) Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well. This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. I booked this hotel because I had business at Pia Arena MM. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. It was my first stay in Yokohama in 13 years, and I ended up staying at the same hotel by chance. The interior hadn't changed, but the ochazuke service was great.

Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was pretty good, and the service was excellent.
