Kawasaki, 2-9-7, Isago (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Surrounded with varieties of restaurants, even you have Donki within walking distance. However, if you are carrying bulky luggage, the uneven street walk might be challenging
very good service and good location
if got go kawasaki will go back again
The hotel is very nice and clean, good breakfast. Only the room was cold, I could not change it and the duvet was very thin, I was feeling cold.
The room was good. There was a projector with large screen in the room. Toilet was clean.
Me and my girlfriend booked at the slash hotel for 9 days on our first trip to Japan ! It was an amazing experience and the hotel was perfect for the two of us(the rooms are a little small compared to the pictures they provided but again, it was perfect for us)😊. It’s close to many amazing ramen restaurants with lots of night activities ! It also was right next to many convenient stores and a drug...
Room was very clean and had adjustable beds and lights. Was very simple to log into Netflix account to watch on projector and Level 10 Rooftop lounge had a wide variety of free beverages and a nice view.

Yokohama, 1-1, Shinko-2 Chome, Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room size was just right, not too small, and very clean. There's a mall and convenience store right across the street. The service was also great, and the breakfast was delicious, though it was the same every day.
Very close to the exhibition hall, it's a decent, no-frills option perfect for business trips. I woke up too late and missed breakfast, but I heard it was good.
The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment. South-facing rooms offer views of the Red Brick Warehouse and the sea, while north-facing rooms overlook the Ferris wheel, making it suitable for both business trips and vacations.
The hotel is located near the cruise terminal, making it convenient for cruises. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and yukata robes are provided. The breakfast buffet is generous, with dozens of options. It was a fantastic weekend, and many local families were staying at the hotel, demonstrating its popularity among Japanese people. We were fortunate to have chosen a popular hotel with a local following...
A tourist hotel with a view of the Ferris wheel and red brick houses. It is worth staying in.
The atmosphere was great as you could see the Minato Mirai Ferris wheel.

Yokohama, 1-21-13 Tsurumi-chuo Tsurumi-ku (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The location is quite convenient, close to both Keikyu Tsurumi and JR Tsurumi stations. The elevator is a bit old, and only one was operational during my stay, but it should be repaired or replaced soon. The in-room facilities are generally outdated, especially the bathroom. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can clearly hear cleaning noises from outside during the day.
The room matches the pictures online. Even though it seems clean, the rugs and walls could use a deep clean or even be renewed. The room had its own microwave, which is very convenient. Overall it was absolutely ok for one night.
Excellent value for money and very affordable. There weren't many Chinese visitors around, which made for a fantastic experience.
Pretty good overall. I stayed at Livemax for several nights.
The place was incredibly cheap and surprisingly spacious. It uses a traditional key. It's a bit of a walk from the station. I even checked out an hour late and wasn't called or charged. While I'm not advocating for this, I personally found their flexibility and understanding very convenient.
Good value, clean, and convenient for both transportation and dining.

Great value for money,
Easy to reach from the train station and the location is great.
The room is very compact but clean and ok
How about making it possible to have breakfast at Toyoko Inn 2? I think there's a lack of vegetables.
This was my fifth time using the hotel to watch a baseball game.
Thank you very much.
The rice balls for breakfast were delicious. I ate three!
The room was clean, and I got a variety of amenities in the lounge.
I was able to relax before the concert, and Chinatown was literally just one minute away. I'd definitely like to return to this hotel.
Convenient location, easy to find address, clean and pleasant room, friendly staff.
I stayed for two nights, and the menu was different on both days, and the food was delicious. The people who cooked the food also greeted me with good mornings, and I naturally said thank you for the meal. However, the sound of the JR trains was a bit annoying.

I use this hotel about four times a year, once a year, and each year I feel like they're making an effort to improve their service.
I'm satisfied. However, I have the unpleasant impression that the room rates seem to increase every year.
It may be profiteering.
This time there was a mosquito in my room. I crushed it with my hand, but a lot of blood came out. I wasn't bitten, so I thought it might be...
The station is nearby, so it's convenient for travel.
Near the station, there is an onsen.
The room was clean and the staff at the breakfast venue were very friendly and kept the food replenished, making for a very satisfying stay. The room was larger than I expected.
Convenient travel, quiet and clean
Excellent location for a 3 star hotel, well priced and offering additional facilities like free breakfast and happy hour of alcoholic drinks. Japanese communal bath (Sento) on site is smallish and shared between men and women on different hours of the day. Staff are extremely helpful and attentive.

Amazing stay.
Beautiful room (it seemed to be better than the one in Yokohama)
Amenities are good as always.
Didn't hear any noise. You check out using the machine, it takes 20 seconds.
Clean but the room very small for 4 people. But its ok just for sleep.
Clean but the room very small for 4 people. But its ok just for sleep.
It was alright. Though small, the facilities were complete, and it was clean. There's a bathtub for soaking, and it's very close to Shin-Yokohama Station.
Remembering to review this much later, so some details are a bit hazy. What I do recall clearly is that there was a Chinese-speaking receptionist who helped me check in. I think the air conditioning might have been blowing a bit directly on me, but given the limited space, it was probably designed as best as possible. The surrounding area has excellent basic amenities. All in all, it offered decent...
Satisfied. The hotel boasts a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, offering excellent connections to the Shinkansen, multiple JR lines, and Yokohama's municipal subway. The surrounding area is a newer district, predominantly a business hub with many office buildings and commuters. Shin-Yokohama Park is also a short walk away; it's a sprawling green space featuring a small...

Small but pleasant with cleanliness and staff care. Great location, not so far from Kawasaki station.
Great breakfast.
Staff were very kind & helpful.
I will definitely stay again .
Good location, a few minutes walk from Kawasaki station, there are restaurants and convenience shops along the way, l have the issue with the room key, the guests have to leave the room key to the front desk every time when going out of the hotel, it is inconvenient, and the hotel should have a obvious sign for the guests how to take the elevator (in the parking lot) to access the hotel lobby, when...
Good value this business hotel

A little far from the station.
There are restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.

Excellent location for stopover by the Train. Staff were so friendly, professional and helpful - lovely to see them smiling even late at night.

Clean, nice front desk crews and very easy to walk to Yokohama Sta. and YCAT.
This hotel has 2 main things going for it: the location (just next to yokohama station), and the friendly staff. Rooms are clean and have all that you need, but are really tiny. Of course, this is Tokyo, so you shouldn't expect regular size rooms, but this is redefinition of the word Small. Yokohama, 2 Chome-2-9 Minamisaiwai, Nishi Ward (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The surroundings are a bit complicated, and the hotel itself is a bit old-fashioned.
The room was clean, and its location near the station is incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. I believe this is my third time staying at this hotel in Yokohama, and it's consistently excellent. I definitely recommend it!
It's a very lively area with an excellent location. You'll find plenty of dining options, a Don Quijote, and shopping malls all around. Highly recommended!
The room was a decent size, and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was not being able to store our luggage after check-out.
their luggage storage service only for early check in customer, they dont provide the service when you check out but having late flight.
The hotel's location is excellent; you can find plenty of food options right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. However, it's very close to the train station, so be prepared for some noticeable train noise (clanking and rattling) at night – you'll need to be okay with that.

The environment, service, and hygiene were all great. However, there's no free parking, not even for motorcycles. They only have a paid parking garage for cars. But for the price, it's already very good.

Great location, convenient supermarket nearby, and very clean surroundings.
Happy with my stay overall. Convenient location, helpful staff and comfortable and convenient room. Good value.
Near tourist attractions, direct train avail and many food options
I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. I advise not to book breakfast...

The staff were very attentive and helpful.
A stylish hotel. The staff were lovely and made our stay very comfortable. The private sauna, available separately, was also a fantastic touch.
We stayed here as a family. The tatami mats were a nice touch. Having the bathroom, sink, and toilet separate was great because I could soak in the tub and relieve the fatigue in my feet.
My friend and I stayed here. We appreciated having a separate toilet and bathroom. The power outlet placement was a bit inconvenient, but we were able to rent an extension cord, which made charging devices easy. Ice was also readily available from the front desk. I stayed here after a weekend concert.
There were a huge variety of complimentary items, and nice pillows were available for rental at the front desk, although there was a limited number available. Shampoos and treatments were also available for purchase at the front desk, so you could choose what you liked.
The sink and bath are shared, but there was also space to shower, and the toilet was separate...
Since it's located right in the middle of a busy downtown area, I felt a little hesitant to check in alone as a woman near the middle of the night.
They had a wide selection of shampoos to rent, the weekday rate was an incredible 5,000 yen per night, the bathroom and toilet were separate, the front desk staff were very polite, and they had a plan that allowed me to check out at 2pm, so I was able to...
I often stay at this hotel when I'm in Yokohama.
It's located right in the middle of the downtown area, so it can be a little noisy at times, but there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient.
There's a corner near the front desk where you can choose shampoo, conditioner, etc., and you can take your favorite ones to your room. The selection is quite good.
I personally...
It's an old facility, but not too bad. The room keys are old-fashioned flat keys, not auto-locks, so there's no need to worry about being locked out. It's interesting that you can choose your own shampoo and conditioner at the front desk. There's a decent selection. I should have taken a photo.
There are two elevators, and the response is not bad. Alcohol in the vending machines is also reasonable...

Good price and reasonable service.
Satisfied!
Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?)
Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well.
One thing that bothered me though, during check-in there was a long queue that took me almost an hour. They only had three staffs on the reception desk...
They have smoking and non smoking floors. I was luck to book on the 9th floor which was a non smoking. My experience was amazing. Big room, big bathroom . everything was just perfect. A must visit hotel.
This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. Also, the bath is also fantastic, although it may be a bit small for westerners.

The building is quite old, but it's perfectly adequate for a business stay.
The walls are thin, so you can hear the person in the next room snoring.
The breakfast is typical of business hotels.

It has a large public bath where you can soak in the water both morning and evening; the location is very convenient and easy to access.
I booked this hotel because I had business at Pia Arena MM. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The only downside was that the bathroom smelled a bit, perhaps because it's an older building. The faucet was a rotary device, so it was difficult to turn on and off. That doesn't mean it wasn't cleaned well, though. 😄
Still, I enjoyed the onsen in the basement, and the amenities were plentiful...

2.we respect their culture so we try to make it tidy the room as their standards but they are more clean even is old doesn’t have any smell and dust
Was very good for the time we stayed. Excellent price staff were professional and very helpful.
The hotel facilities have a nostalgic feel, but the cleanliness is still quite good; surprisingly, after 20 years, the hotel doesn't have any unpleasant odors. The waiters are all middle-aged men, long-time employees, always smiling and very patient.
It's OK. It's very convenient around. You can consider it for business trips.
