Keikyu Ex Inn Yokohama Station East in Yokohama

I stay in many hotels and this was the first time I cancelled my stay even with a fee because the room was so horrible.

Smoky room. I asked the front desk if they can switch me to a non-smoking room and they told me all rooms were booked. My skin is itching as I type this and I have the window open which makes it so loud because of the multiple trains that goes by in front of it. I HATE this room. Everything is yellowed from age. Even the pajama that they leave for you. I spent long as I can outside the hotel because I can't stand being in the room.

One small elevator for the whole hotel AND everyone needs to go to the 2nd floor to check-in. I bumped into an older guy sneaking in a young girl.

I took the cancellation fee and booked at Sotetsu Fresa Inn next to this place which is so much better for a similar price. Never again.

If you love the sound of the first and every other train in the morning...this is for you. But don't get up early and go to breakfast as the don't open until 7:00 with very slow service.
