Yokohama, 72 Yamashita-cho Naka-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I booked the hotel at very last minute, but was better than expected. I arrived at night and there were only convenience stores opening nearby. A 24 hour supermarket and Mega Donki is around a 10 minute walk. Close to Chinatown. A few train stations nearby that can take you to Yokohama City Centre or even Tokyo within 45 minutes. For the room, typical Japan size but clean and tidy. For service, do...
The location is quite convenient, about a 5-minute brisk walk from JR Ishikawacho Station or Nihon-odori Station on the Minatomirai Line. It's also easy to grab a bite to eat since it's right next to Chinatown. The room was very comfortable, but they don't provide drinking water.
Probably my mistake that I did not cross check when identifying pax per room and I was requested to pay extra JPY12000 and finally I paid after some questions. However, I was expecting at least an upgrade or change a room size to be slightly bigger but was told “Same Room” after collected additional JPY12000. The decision is either I walk away with burn of 100% payment or keep my mouth shut and stay...
Pretty good place. Staff were really polite. Close to Chinatow. Would recommend
Great holiday, nice location, nice breakfast. Close to chinatown. Will come again. For those who are driving can reserve the parking from the hotel.
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights over a weekend, following a cruise around the Japan Islands. Our rooms were space-compromised, however, all necessary amenities, internet and personal extras were available in-room. Our breakfasts were included and I must say that they were of high quality and abundabce, catering to Japanese and European cultures... though not foods could have been...

Good clean well maintained hotel. Close enough to station if walking with many suitcases. Courteous professional check-in and staff. Big room good value for money
Really happy I chose this place for my last few nights left in Japan. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room and especially the bathroom more spacious than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan which I absolutely loved. I also really liked the white slippers they provided I really wanted to bring it home with me. I love the location it's in really close to shin-yokohama station and shopping centers...
This time we changed to a different room type, which was a bit smaller. We booked a room with breakfast included, which was served at a coffee shop downstairs. You could either dine in or take it away, which was simple and convenient.
The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, and the staff are very polite.
This Japanese-style hotel experience exceeded my expectations and deserves high praise. First, the room. Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by its cleanliness and tidiness. From the floor to the table, everything was spotless, with meticulous attention to detail even in the corners. The space was also much more spacious than I imagined. Both the rest area and the washroom felt comfortable and...

Convenient location. Good accessibility. Excellent food
Great location next to the station, although it can be confusing to find the first time. Clean space with nice amenities and staff is kind. Would be nice if they had more washer/dryers but otherwise very happy with the experience.
Incredible hotel. Lovely staff that were super helpful, very comfortable rooms and lots of free amenities, they had everything you could possibly need. Very conveniently located right next to the train station and the shopping centre. Highly recommend!
Spent two days in Yokohama and this hotel was great. It's just one JR stop from Yokohama Station, and there's a conveyor belt sushi place nearby that's very popular and often has a line, but the food is delicious. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, and the front desk service was excellent.
Facilities: The hotel's design is very smart and has everything you need – excellent. Hygiene: It's very clean, especially since it's newly opened. As someone who pays close attention to hygiene details, I'm very satisfied. Environment: It's a very quiet hotel. Even though it's located near a train station, it's not noisy at all. The room privacy is also very good. Service: The front desk staff are...
Very close to the subway station, just up a flight of stairs. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making the location very convenient. If you're exploring the Yokohama area, this hotel offers great value for money.

I stayed here for one night! There's a convenience store on the first floor, which was super handy. It's also really close to the station, so transportation was excellent! I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.
The room is very small. It's just about okay for one person, but at 700 RMB, the price is incomparable to what you'd get domestically.
I had a very comfortable stay. I loved that you could choose your pillow, although the one in the room was already perfectly comfortable. The pajamas were also great, not stiff or uncomfortable at all. The only downside was that breakfast was extremely crowded, probably because it's so popular. I think it would be even better if the dining area felt a bit more spacious.
This hotel boasts a fantastic location right next to Yokohama Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient. It's a great hotel, and I'd definitely choose it again if I have the chance. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive.
Stayed with my two elementary school-aged children. They absolutely loved the bunk bed-style room and the breakfast buffet! All the staff were also very kind.
The front desk staff are very kind.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home, Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.🩷😍
The location is fantastic! The hotel's shuttle bus runs hourly to and from Kawasaki Station and Haneda Airport, which is incredibly convenient. The room itself has an industrial style and is quite spacious, with everything you need. I'll definitely stay here again next time I use Haneda Airport. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
Very good breakfast. Pleasant quiet relaxing surrounding . Efficient Free Shuttle service to and from Haneda airport and also to Kawasaki city. Interior is a little outdated. Bedroom is clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice neighbourhood. Eco friendly hotel.
I flew from Hokkaido to Haneda for an overnight stay, with an early morning flight the next day. So, I didn't get to use many of the hotel's facilities. However, there's one thing that truly stood out: the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport and Kawasaki Station. It ran perfectly on schedule, exactly as published, and the drivers were incredibly polite, professional, and even helped with...
Although we only stayed there to catch a flight next day, the hotel is really cool and clean. I recommend staying there.
This hotel has an industrial vibe, a spacious lobby, and fantastic views outside. There are many joggers by the river, and the scenery across the way is lovely. The hotel offers shuttle services to Haneda Airport and JR Kawasaki. The rooms are quite large and very clean, and all the amenities are eco-friendly. The pizza is delicious. It's a great choice for a layover, and I'd definitely choose it again...

The location is good. It takes around 30 mins train from hotel to Shibuya station.
There's nothing inconvenient about this hotel; it has everything! It's compact, but the fact that it has a large public bath was appealing. The changing room isn't very spacious, so you have to be considerate of others. I personally liked being able to watch YouTube and other content on the TV.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bed's mattress; it didn't feel firm enough for my liking.
I was surprised to see that there was only one pillow for two people. Even when I went downstairs, it was always out of stock. Breakfast was always sold out. There was a good chance that the coffee was being cleaned, so I couldn't even get hot water. What surprised me the most was when I went to take a picture of my luggage after cloaking it, and even though I rang the bell on the second floor with...

Delicious breakfast. Tidy room. Convenient location.
The hotel is nice and not far from the train station. There is a McDonald’s and a Lawson right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Transportation is easy and getting around is hassle-free. However, the sound of passing trains can be noticeable, so it may not be suitable for light sleepers.
Very nice hotel 👍 But toilet is too narrow 😄
The location is not bad, plenty of food options around and if you're where for an event in Yokohama stadium, bunta or the likes then this is a perfect location. It's near Kannai JR station. unfortunate that the English speaking staff also are not too fluent.
This hotel is well located near Kannai mrt station and near cruise port terminal. Next there are many food establishments nearby. Only minor negative point is the very small toilet.
Very close to south gate of kannai station. Very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in room. Strong water pressure and hot shower. Close to at least 3 convenience stores for snacks. Lawson is across the street. 20 minutes to international passenger cruise terminal or chinatown.

The large public bath in the basement was a great way to relax my tired body. I'd love to stay here again if I go to Yokohama. The staff were also very helpful and polite.
What looks to be an old building newly renovated. Quirky decor . Comfortable , but not in the greatest part of town and not a nice trek to and from the station . Room was clean and newly renovated, bed comfortable . Onsen good , but tiny locker room area . Good value , just don’t expect to be in the best part of town . It served its purpose.
Best hotel I ever had and best facility too, very nice environment
Hotel is near to convenient store and shopping malls, and has a car park nearby. Room is spacious and amenities are provided upon check in. The group were happy with the stay.
Hotel is closed to Yokohama station. The hot spring at B1 level is fantastic. The room not big but its not the tiny Tokyo hotel, it is sufficient and comfortable. Everything is good. I did not choose the breakfast because many food options just 200m away.
The room was clean and a decent size, though I didn't end up using the bathtub. It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station, making shopping and dining quite convenient.

It's a standard budget hotel, located in a convenient area in each city, so there are almost no problems. Plus, the price includes breakfast, making it my go-to choice whenever I visit major cities in Japan. However, this time, perhaps because there were too many guests, the bowls for breakfast ran out and weren't replenished in time. If you arrive late, some dishes are also unavailable and won't be...
The breakfast was delicious. Check-in was easy, and I would like to stay here again.
It's a shame there weren't any non-smoking rooms, but the room was clean and it was close to the subway, so access was great. ✨ I'd love to use it again.
The only amenity in the room was a toothbrush set. Guests were required to bring anything they needed, including sleepwear, from the lobby. This was the first time I had to ask the reception for a toothbrush. The room was clean. I was a little bothered by the sound of neighbors opening and closing doors, which seemed to echo.
Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was delicious. I checked in late at night, but perhaps because of that, it wasn't crowded. I would definitely like to stay again.
Toyoko Inn, a chain hotel originating in Yokohama, Tokyo, offers comprehensive and reliable facilities. It's conveniently located near Sakuragicho Station and within a 10-20 minute walk of Yokohama Minato Mirai Castle, where walks offer beautiful nighttime views.

This hotel was surprisingly good! I loved the decor; the room had a very Japanese feel, and the wall paintings were quite unique. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel amenities were also great. Plus, the location is super convenient, perfect for those arriving late or departing early from Haneda Airport! My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small.
I would give higher rating if the room is slightly bigger. I can't open my 28 inch luggage at all actually. The service was great, this hotel is one of the very few hotel that entertain my special request for towel art since this is my honeymoon trip
I just stayed one night, but so far everything is satisfy. The art room is beautiful as well.
Great stay overall. The room was spacious enough to open my suitcase, which is rare in Japan. Convenient location—5 minutes to Keikyu and 10 minutes to JR with plenty of restaurants nearby.
