5 min walk from the station over a Sakura river. You can leave the luggage at the reception. Check-in is promptely at 15. Check-out at 10. If the room is under 7000 you would feel tjat it is good value for money. Very good pressure in the shower. But note that singel room will be given for 2 ppl. So there will be only 1 set of towels, night gown, slippers and a cup. 1 sachet of green tea in the room, But very good shampoo, body wash and har conditioner in big bottles - gives a luxurious feel. Polite straff at the reception and they help promptely with the self check-in machines. You can take the room amenities and different shampoo bottles at the reception. Will deffinately recommend if the price is right. Lobby is lovely decirated for X-mas.

While my first night was great, the second was the complete opposite. Guests in the surrounding rooms were constantly coming and going, shouting, and banging on the furniture and walls. The noise kept me awake until midnight. On top of that, I wasn't able to connect my iPhone to the hotel Wi-Fi at all during my stay.

It does the job, and rooms are clean.

The room was very clean and the staff were so nice and friendly.

We travelled from Tokyo to catch the ferry to Hokkaido. You need to walk about 1km from the station, but it is a scene and easy walk. The room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Staffs are friendly.

The hotel offers excellent values. Not far from the train station. It offers free coffee, which tastes very good. Parking available for 1000 yen.

Excellent experience

We stayed here for one night as a couple on a trip.
We had a car, but the hotel's parking was 1,000 yen/night, so we used the paid parking next door (500 yen/day).
We had already paid for check-in on this website, so it only took 5 minutes to get our room key and go to our room.
There were no non-smoking rooms available, so we stayed in a smoking room. The hallway smelled of cigarettes, so we thought the room would smell like cigarettes too, but it didn't, so that was good.
There are 7-Eleven, Lawson, McDonald's, Watami, and Royal Host within walking distance of the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding breakfast or dinner.
We'll consider this as a candidate next time we go to Mito.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is quite ok for the price. The receptionist is friendly and good.
