Location is excellent! Rooms are clean but compact - no extra leg room.

Service is bad. In Jap, we cannot speak the language, needs help to talk to restaurant. Total objection to help, why? Reason -hotel has bad experience in booking restaurant for customer. Instead of total rejection to help, guide the staff. There is no need to identify the hotel or staff, just help as a friend or even a stranger asking for help. Give the customer name and telephone number.
A total rejection is totally no customer service. Bad!

Newly-renovated hotel located just outside Mito Station. There are many eateries and shops nearby. The bus terminal is also located at Mito Station, making this hotel a convenient place to stay for sightseeing in Mito.

The service staff is very friendly and kind, the hotel facilities are very clean and new, and the location is very convenient near the JR station and bus station. The room amenities are also very useful, and there are coffee and tea bags available in the lobby. Overall, I am very satisfied.

My favorite chain business hotel brand. I basically choose this brand every time I go to Japan. This newly renovated hotel is very close to Mito Station. The experience is particularly good.
