The breakfast was delicious. I even went back for seconds of the pumpkin soup!

Cleanliness: Just average.
Environment: Not good at all, the room was ridiculously small! Very disappointing.
Facilities: Only mediocre, with outdated decor.
Transportation: Quite far from the station, a very long walk, and there's absolutely nothing nearby. Definitely not recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near Mito Station, just about a ten-minute walk away. However, the walk at night can be a bit challenging due to sparse streetlights, making the area dark, and the sidewalks are narrow.
The room was quite clean and a bit more spacious than I expected. My room had a view of the Sakura River from the window, which was quite lovely during the day.
However, during check-in, I found the front desk staff member's demeanor a bit peculiar. They seemed to mumble to themselves when communicating with guests, making it unclear what they were trying to explain.
The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was quite good; it was a small buffet, and the staff preparing it were very friendly.

While it's a bit of a walk from the South Exit, the room rate was good and breakfast was available. Overall, I had a great stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, especially compared to typical Japanese hotels. It offered great value for money, including free breakfast. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and its location near the station was convenient. Parking was also easy.

The hotel is located in Mito, just under a 10-minute walk from the station. Guests can also take a free bus to Ibaraki by showing proof of their stay. Breakfast is the standard Toyoko Inn offering, which is consistently good.

The seating in the ground floor breakfast area was noticeably insufficient, often requiring guests to stand and wait for a long time. However, the shuttle bus to Ibaraki Airport is complimentary if you can provide proof of your stay.
