We got the design suite, its spacious and hotel has public bath. Breakfast is ok

NO for us. We hate that it’s centralised aircon system which is not indicated in their description. We understand that the season is still cold but cold/warm is up to guests to decide for themselves! the hotel set it to heater only. we asked if they have fan to borrow, the manager showed me a usb table fan -.-“ the hotel has very old fittings. the shower tap is turn-knob style u gotta adjust 2 knobs - hot & cold. the “special design” in my room (Designer Twin Room) was a stupid fitting. my husb was coughing and the metal fixture had echo!! i don’t know how best i can describe it.. it’s like u take something to hit a hollow metal sound.

Put up a night at Hotel on the way to Sendai. Nice boutique hotel with parking next o the building. The hotel is opposite to the train station and easy to access to traveller. Overall is good experience and nice public bath to relax after long day out. Will definitely visit again in the future.

The room was spacious, making it easy to open large suitcases. There's a big public bath and a laundry room, and breakfast was good. The room was quiet and peaceful. The hotel is right across from the station; you just take the pedestrian bridge down and you're there. If you have luggage, though, you'll need to take the elevator on the left side of the bridge down to street level, cross the zebra crossing, and then you're at the hotel. We visited in March when the plum blossoms were in full bloom. You can walk from the hotel through the station to Kairakuen Garden and then take the train back.

Good hotel, right next to Mito station. Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.

friendly staff. room is comfortable enough for two people.
onsen was clean and had a calming environment.
breakfast was quite nice as well. loved the mito natto. though options were less for vegetarians in my family.
