Akanean in Nasu

The female staff's welcome upon arrival and the overall attentiveness of the male waiters at dinner that day were wonderful. Perhaps because only three detached buildings are available for guests, not only were guests able to avoid seeing each other, but the dining areas were completely separate, and the bath was a separate semi-open-air bath within the building, allowing us to relax even during the COVID-19 pandemic with our young grandson. What was particularly wonderful was that, although I hadn't arranged bedding or meals for my young grandson when I made my reservation, they prepared a cute jinbei (summer kimono), white rice, simmered fish, and other items for him. The waitress at breakfast the next morning also spoke to him in a gentle, comforting voice, ensuring a fun meal without any fussing.
Considering the age of the facility, my satisfaction level so far has been near perfect. I feel bad that they even gave me dorayaki (a type of Japanese bun) from a long-established maker of Japan's three most famous manju (sweet bean paste dumplings) on my way out, but I'm writing this as a request rather than a complaint, as I may need to stay with them again next time. ① I checked my smartphone to see if Akanan's Wi-Fi was available as soon as I entered the room, but there was no password in the instructions upon arrival or the guide on the table. I only managed to use the Wi-Fi after asking the waiter at dinner.
② The hot spring water is heated to about body temperature, but I was told that if I didn't keep it warm using the bathroom control panel, it would cool down and become unusable for bathing. I set it to the lowest temperature of 37 degrees, but it felt like 42-43 degrees. Even for an adult, it was too hot, so my grandson's hot spring debut was canceled. The shower in the washroom also had an unusual delay between turning on the switch and the hot water coming out; it took several minutes even in late April. What if it had been winter?
③ I noticed after turning off the lights that there was a dehumidifier next to the air conditioner. The noise and vibrations from the wall kept me up all night. I found the remote controls for the TV and air conditioner, but I couldn't find the dehumidifier's! And why was the humidifier running continuously near the TV? It was humidifying and dehumidifying at the same time, disrupting my sleep! ️
I actually wanted to give this a perfect score, but I removed a star for the reasons mentioned above.

Postscript
The inn apparently keeps the dehumidifier's remote control so that it cannot be operated by mistake, but the inn was aware of the fact that it had malfunctioned several times in the past. When I posted the above review to Rakuten Travel, the reservation center, Rakuten Travel's customer support contacted the inn, and after receiving the aforementioned response, they apparently contacted the manufacturer. If I had just accepted it, would it have remained that way forever?❓️If I fall asleep at the wheel the next day due to lack of sleep and end up in an accident, would they be responsible?❓️❓️
Their website advertises them as "an inn offering the finest food, baths, and sleep," but which inn are they referring to?❓️❓️❓️❓️❓️❓️
