The best onsen in Nasu area. The staffs is always ready to welcome u on arrival, they provide very friendly hospitality. The traditional Japanese dinner js superb!

Wonderful Sake Brewery tour with lunch and sake tasting. Owner of the company gave us the tour. We took a train there from Kyoto and it was a very nice day.

The soup is good. The service is OK. Actually, it all depends on the waiter.
Overall it's good and the free massage chair is very comfortable

Liked it a lot. Traditional japanese dinner and breakfast was super. Traditional rooms also super experience. Onsens bery beautiful in autumn colors. So as part of a japan trip i would include this hotel. Also garden is very pretty. Thanks for super stay!

Following the footsteps of autumn leaves, we came to Nasu Sanraku in the mountains, a stop on the hot spring trip. I really enjoyed myself and forgot all my worries. I relaxed and drank with friends. It was worth the trip in late autumn. I am already planning the next destination.

It's a wonderful inn. The staff will greet you with a smile no matter where you are, soothing your heart. The room had an open-air bath, but the open-air bath in the large communal bath is wonderful and recommended anyway. Such a wonderful open-air bath has never been seen before. It is a large open-air bath surrounded by trees. I think the time of autumn leaves will be beautiful. Also, the quality of the supper is excellent and I am very satisfied with my heart and stomach. I want to visit again.

I enjoyed the snowy hot springs. The bath is almost reserved (Omicron is increasing), and the private room for meals. Towels are always available in the bath, so it was good to have them at any time. It was also a celebration, so I was fully satisfied with the photo shoot and cooking, even if I stayed overnight.

I used it for the first time. Unfortunately, when I went to a restaurant or hot spring, I had 10,000 removed from my wallet when I was away from my room. I had no choice but to doubt because I was definitely checking the inside of my wallet when I arrived.
Tell the inn about the matter and call the police.
I was interviewed, but I couldn't find a solution.
I didn't report any damage because it was 10,000 yen, but I felt very uncomfortable.
The food and hot springs were good, so it's even more disappointing. The staff who served the food was very nice.
I hope this will never happen again.
