Reviews
The room didn't have any special amenities, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay.
The food was mostly homemade and delicious. When I travel, portions can be too much and leave me feeling exhausted, but this was just right. I booked a bread-making service, which both the kids and adults enjoyed. The freshly baked bread was so delicious that we ate it all, even after dinner.
The staff was the only one handling the service, so it seemed like they had written instructions and provided helpful information to help with a small staff. They were very helpful and willing to help. It would have been nice to have a list of rental items in an easily visible location. I found an air purifier available for rental in the hallway, but I wanted a humidifier, and I found a notice posted at the entrance when I checked out. Looking back, I should have asked for one myself.
The shower head in the bathroom was a Mirabelle, and I was happy to be able to try it out. The water pressure was amazing!
Considering the price, I was very satisfied with the inn. Thank you.
I used to come here every year on family trips when I was a child,
and even as a child I had fond memories of it being a great place,
so when we went on our recent trip to Nasu, we decided to visit for the first time in 20 years.
It turned out to be just as wonderful an inn as I remembered.
I learned that this year marks the 31st year of operation,
and the rooms and interior of the building were kept spotless.
Even the plumbing fixtures, which can be a bit of a concern, have been replaced with newer ones, giving the impression that they have kept the good things while also updating them.
There was a wide selection of food, each one carefully prepared.
You could feel the attention to detail and warmth in the dishes, and everything was delicious.
I was very satisfied with both the hospitality and the food. Thank you very much.
Stayed in September 2025
The price was reasonable, the reviews were good, and we'd been staying in hotels a lot recently, so we chose this pension.
I'm very satisfied with our stay.
The wife's service, the thorough cleaning, and the facilities were all excellent. The couple's hospitality was very evident, and we had a comfortable and safe stay. (I wish I could have met the husband as well.)
The food was the best part of the experience. The portions were huge, but both breakfast and dinner were so delicious and carefully prepared that we felt bad we couldn't finish them.
The bread-making experience after dinner also seemed to be a wonderful memory for our children, and they talked about it all the way home. lol
I'm writing this review to express my gratitude. I hope to use your services again when I visit Nasu. Thank you.
- The building itself isn't new, but it's very well-maintained. The owner's efforts were evident in the rooms, hallways, and bathrooms.
- We had the steak plan for dinner and Japanese food for breakfast (Western breakfast is also available).
It was clear that the food was homemade and carefully prepared.
It was delicious and we were very full.
The homemade natto and tofu for breakfast were great.
- My child has allergies (eggs, milk, nuts, buckwheat), so I was very grateful for the accommodating measures.
He has asthma, but perhaps thanks to the cleaning, he didn't cough, which was unusual for him.
- The service was comfortable and kept a comfortable distance.
- The bill for a fever of 12,480 yen for adults and 7,000 yen for elementary school students.
I was very satisfied and will definitely return.
